"Chris played at our wedding on 03 August and did an amazing job. I had asked him secretly if he could play a special piece for when I walked down the aisle, with some minor modifications, and he agreed without hesitation. On the day, Chris played beautifully! He managed to either extend the piece or fade it out just perfectly as I reached the top of the aisle--I was too nervous to notice which. The rest of the day was also fantastic with Chris playing throughout dinner. We didn't have any specific requests and yet weren't disappointed in the music selection. Overall, 10/10 would recommend booking Chris for special events."

"Hello Jimmy I just wanted to say a huge T H A N K Y O U to you and the band for your performance at my birthday bash at the weekend, you were absolutely brilliant. You got the party started and kept everybody on their feet all night, fantastic set choice (I knew I’d made the right decision to let you choose the music) and you matched my preferences perfectly – I don’t recall any tracks that didn’t have me tapping my toes. I am especially touched by the memory of your rendition of a song played personally for me [the Palaye Royale track], which you and the band learnt specifically for my party – absolutely incredible. You should see the smile I have at this moment remembering it. There aren’t enough superlatives to properly express how grateful I am, a party needs people but people need good bouncy music to feel good and you provided the perfect soundtrack for a feel good night. The music soundtrack you selected between your sets and whilst setting up was perfect too, the party never missed a beat! You are all clearly talented musicians who know your instruments very well, as evidenced by learning the new track for me, and I would ask you to pass on my thanks to Mickey and Neil (just simply brilliant) and the irrepressible Stuart banging away on his D-Drum Dios Bubinga snare drum – he was a joy to meet! Thank you, I hope I get to see you again. "

She knows exactly how to read the room and adapt to the crowd, so every performance feels special and full of energy. Wearing some beautiful dresses and singing a collection of songs from the West End Musicals, Vera Voce's interaction with the her audience captivated everyone. "We booked The Hot Hats for our joint 60th Birthday party on 7th March 2020. The Hot Hats were consummate professionals from the moment we contacted Alfie to make inquiries to the moment they set up and started to play at our party. Their guitar playing and singing were absolutely fantastic, as well as their DJ-ing, and our party would not have been the same without them. A number of our guests asked us how and where we had discovered them and could not believe it when we told them we had found their website on Google! We would not hesitate in recommending The Hot Hats for any occasion, whether it be a small gathering or a large party – they are perfect for any celebration! We would certainly ask The Hot Hats to play at another event of ours… maybe our joint 70th?"

"As a professional vocalist I know how important it is selecting the right music for any event. Niki's set during my Cousin's Wedding Breakfast was just perfect and she played beautifully. The Sound was great and volume just right. I absolutely recommend her."

"Adam was extremely easy to keep in contact in the lead up to the event and was able to accommodate all of our requests as well as working with a vocalist who was a friend of ours. He did such a fantastic job on the day itself, the music during the ceremony was beautiful and added such an incredible atmosphere to the day. I would highly recommend Adam to anyone who is looking for a guitarist/. "

"Colin closed the service at sunderland crematorium perfectly & led us out to the garden of remembrance. He looked great, was professional & played to reflect a celebration of a long happy life. "Had these guys play at our wedding, and what a show they put on! So many comments from so many guests about how great the band were, how unique they were and how they haven’t seen anything like it before. The set was fantastic, they kept everyone up on the dance floor. Their own spin on classics and modern tracks is amazing and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a live band, and not just for a wedding. They were organised, kept in contact throughout, and were never anything that we needed to worry about. Would just like to thank you guys again for being such a great part of the day!"
