"Very many thanks to FOB. You were awesome! At the Reel club ceilidh last Monday, there was a great band, and enthusiastic dancers, but very few of them, which seemed a poor omen. However, I needn't have worried – what a contrast last night! More than double the numbers, a complete sell out! A great start to the year, with lots of freshers having a fantastic time, dancing to your music. Many thanks from me and the Round."

His friendly attitude made working with him a pleasure, and he was very flexible with our requests, which helped the day run smoothly. "The girls were lovely and very talented! They coped well as on the day, we found with the age group of the guests being high, they found the music a little too loud to be in the same room as them. So we moved them into a room next door, which worked well for the event. They played beautifully - thank you Romanza!"

"Seriously all thanks go to the band. Alter Ego really made the evening for everyone. Absolutely every guest commented on what a great band you are, the numbers you played, the excellent musicianship and your great rapport with the crowd. "Last month Shrewsbury and Atcham District Arts Association were delighted to host the premiere of Patrick Larley"s work for string quartet, Iona Sound led by Anne Tupling with Sounds Interesting String Quartet. A contemporary work, it was made accessible by fine and precise playing. In addition Sounds Interesting gave a memorable rendition of a medley of Scottish airs composed specially for the occasion. A splendid and popular occasion, with an outstanding audience. Muriel Williamson, Gateway Concert Organiser."

"The Mapleton Duo were amazing entertainment for our corporate Christmas party. Their performance was tasteful and perfectly suited for the party. The request of a blend of jazz and pop created a classy vibe everyone loved. They also played a Spotify playlist in between sets and after their performance ensuring the mood continued. Highly recommended for anyone looking to elevate their event with elegant, versatile music and a professional approach"

"We had booked these guys after seeing them play at a wedding. What amazing people!!! We had booked them for 1 acoustic set, however due to the fact our DJ had not turned up they immediately came to the rescue. Without any hesitation they had left to go and get their leads and lights to finish off our wedding with a bang. Truly gifted musicians and wonderful people. Xx"
