"Upgrad3 played at our wedding and I cannot recommend them enough. We had so much fun, and all the guests absolutely loved them - they really made the evening. The mother of the groom said “They played everything ever known to be danced to, and were excellent!”. We even had Santa on the drums, and I didn’t leave the dance floor! Thank you so much again, the three of you."

"The band made our day and night! The duo came and set up without a fuss and the band were very professional and interacted with the crowd, they were great fun. I organised our wedding from Australia and it was clear to see on their website that the band would be great. We didn't want an average wedding band and the band exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend booking this band!"

"We wanted to thank the band for such as great evening. I was told that several of my guests were not the "dancing type" however all said that they enjoyed the band even if they were only listening to the music. We thought they were great! I would particularly like to thank them for letting the crazy, slightly intoxicated "musicians" in the family use the stage and their instruments during the evening, even though some of the performances were cringe worthy at times! It actually added to the funny memories of the evening and kept those crazy family members happy! Many thanks again for such as wonderful evening. "

"Saturday 15th July 2017 – Silver Wedding & 50th Birthday Celebration. We just wanted to thank you and the whole band for the fantastic music last weekend. We both really enjoyed the whole event and our guests all commented on how good Primed were, you catered for all music tastes across the wide range of ages we had attending our Silver wedding anniversary celebration. You got everyone up ‘rock and rolling’ and your set up and breakdown was done efficiently and we hope you all enjoyed the night as much as we all did. "Mellowtone were absolutely brilliant for our 40th birthday celebration. Chris and the rest of the band were courteous and efficient in setting up/taking away the instruments, and communciation in the run-up to the event was great. The music was of an exceptionally high standard, with a really diverse set list. They made the night very special. They played a range of jazz standards, with a great combination of paces (including plenty of tunes to dance to). Chris has a lovely singing voice and the bands' musicality shines through. I cannot recommend Mellowtone highly enough."

"The following is not made up.... but a reflection of the evening! Thank you very much for providing us with fantastic entertainment for our après-ski party! From us being very unhelpful in saying 'we like anything!' you correctly gauged what music we really liked and provided us with superb 90s indie rock music which took us far away from the 40th celebration and back to the 'good old party days'! You also added in some classics which had everyone up on the dance floor. Many people commented to me during the evening, and since, about how brilliant the music was and I am sure you will be getting some requests from them too. Some couldn't believe it was just you and thought we had an entire band up at the front! I only wish we could repeat the party again - we loved it and the music was integral to our party's success.
