"The girls turned up promptly with a minimum of fuss and just produced a delightful set. My only complaint was that they didn't stop to say goodbye so I could thank them personally! Thank you ladies!"

"An excellent band. Very personable and kept in touch all the way up to the date trying to make sure that we were happy. They even tried to play songs not on their set list for us! They did an acoustic set during the wedding breakfast, which made the whole meal relaxing and highly enjoyable. During the evening they set up quickly and went from an acoustic duo to a full electric three piece with drum kit. The sound and music was great and exactly what was required. All of our guests enjoyed it and they even got some of the non-dancers up on their feet! We highly recommend them. James and Jenny."

"I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. They played at our wedding in Dec and had everybody up on the dance floor. They sounded great and covered a real mixture of songs. I can only echo what others have already commented that from the first contact the guys were professional and extremely helpful. I can't wait for another reason to book the band!"

Not only are they the coolest dudes, but so easy to work with, professional & of course very talented with three great mixed sets and lots of crowd participation. "The band were amazing from start to finish. Very adaptable and lovely to work with. They really made the party and were vital in creating the atmosphere. Would recommend anyone thinking of booking to go ahead, you won't regret it!"

"Catherine performed at our launch night on Friday, 26 Feb and her voice is absolutely amazing. It was a small and intimate venue we had but she integrated really well with the audience ensuring they were up on their feet and having a great time. I would definitely use Catherine again for another gig as she has an infectious personality and is without doubt extremely talented."

"My Mum and Dad wanted a fantastic piper for their Golden Aniversory, so we booked Hector. Hector just made the night. He had everyone up dancing and singing. You can tell Hector just loves to play. Nothing was too much trouble for him. If you want the best piper. Book Hector!"

"Emma has always been an inspiration to me musically and is someone with so much talent, integrity, patience and kindness. When she sang at my wedding in August 2013, with Chris, I was overwhelmed with how amazing they sounded and how perfectly their set fit with our event. Our song requests were performed AMAZINGLY and I really couldn't have asked for anything more. If anyone is thinking about hiring Emma for an event, or as a coach, I can definitely say she will be worth your money!"

"Lion Strings played at my wedding in August 2017. There are no other words than... OH MY GOD! She is absolutely incredible, everyone's emotions ran high on the day whilst listening to her play (she even made my husband cry!!). She is so lovely, she really helped me whilst planning my wedding, she's really easy to talk to and she really made our day even more special with her beautiful music. I cannot recommend her enough!! "Brian played a solo set for our New Year's Night and he smashed it. Though he was solo, his loop pedal made it feel like it was a full band playing. The crowd were loving it. Up dancing from the first song to the last. Can't wait to have him back!"

"Max and myself just wanted to say thank you. We were blown away at how amazing you were throughout the whole day and evening. Our guests were commenting throughout the day to us at how incredible you were and also with the band at night.
