"Zoe's harp playing at our wedding was absolutely beautiful. Many of the guests commented on how lovely it was and that it added to the atmosphere of the day. We thought that it was the perfect beginning to our wedding day and we were so glad that she played for us."

"Eleanor played for a production of ours recently, and is a first-rate musician. It is the first time - and I hope not the last - that I have heard her perform. She is an outstanding violinist who plays magnificently and with confidence. Her skill and excellence brings unequivocal pleasure when listening to her exceptional performance. I would highly recommend her. Her professionalism, talent, and prowess are incomparable. And what a lovely person on top of all that!"

"Kate You fitted in wonderfully with my 80th birthday Scottish themed family party and had everyone dancing and singing away ! Whatever I suggested you came up with music to fit . You made my 80th Birthday party one for all the family to remember and it was tremendous joy to see all my grandchildren dancing around and singing along and enjoying themselves The music really added so much to the Scottish themed party ! "Harriet, we thank you for being part of our special day. We saw you at the open day and just played so beautiful. The booking process was simple and easy and you gave us such a huge range of music to choose from along with playing some of our own requests with only a few weeks to go. You are very talented. Your little touch of dropping a wedding card in our card box was also so sweet. Thank you. If anyone wants a harpist, Harriet is perfect, great communication and great value for money. I wish we had her for our reception as well."

"I always envisaged having a harpist play at my wedding, but I never quite imagined her to be like Sophie and I mean that it the nicest possible way. She is such a lovely talented lady, very elegant yet extremely down to earth at the same time. I really cannot stress what a difference she made to our day. To hear her playing when I first walked in was such a wonderful feeling, so enchanting, truly breathtaking. She plays so beautifully and effortlessly, I honestly could listen to her all day. One of the things I liked most about Sophie was that from the minute I picked up the phone to her I knew straight away she was the one that I wanted to play at my wedding, I was sold on her personality alone, she is instantly likeable, I felt as though I was picking the phone up to a friend and we chatted for ages and had such a laugh. She was so helpful and I needn't have worried about a thing, she can literally play whatever you want and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for adding that extra special touch to our day, it was an absolute pleasure to have met and you will always be part of our special memories and I thank you for that. "

"On a very difficult day, Richard was outstanding. He set the tone for a wonderful afternoon (in the circumstances) and made the occasion a true celebration. His variety provided something for everyone. I don't expect I will ever hear Darude, Sandstorm on the violin again but it was a very fitting tribute to my Mum! I couldn't have asked for a better performance and would encourage anyone to book Richard. Thanks again. "

"Thank you immensely for the absolutely superb performance at Ratho Parish Church. The success of a wedding relies so much on background music and Scotland Strings certainly excelled in that regard. Personally, Gill and I missed out somewhat as our arrival, by dint of normal bride and father custom and practice, occurred in the late stages of your performance. However, our guests spoke very highly indeed of your presence and delivery and raved of how the quality enhanced a momentous occasion. "I booked Arabesque Strings very last minute for a formal supper on advice from LMM. They were fantastic! They were friendly, flexible and their music was perfect for the occasion, a very talented group who would add sparkle to any event - will definately book them again."
