"The River Jazz Quartet played at my father’s birthday celebration last weekend. They were exceptionally good and this was commented on by a large number of the guests. During the planning we discussed the type of music we would like and the playlist on the day was perfect. The band had even gone to the trouble of adding a few of my father’s favourite songs to their repertoire. We could not have enjoyed the music more and are very happy to recommend them. "

"Please pass on my thanks to him if you can! For our part, we really could not have asked for better. You were spot on Sarah-Jane as they were a perfect match for us and for the tone of the event. I'm so pleased to have had the chance to meet Adam and Dhugal as despite being extremely talented, they were super friendly, down to earth and jolly throughout the show which made the event all the more enjoyable."

"Jimmy Rae and Sarah performed for our fund raiser in December 2016 , they where superb , totally engaging with terrific vocals.They added so much to our events success , the feedback from all who attended was fantastic the blend of original songs and music was exactly what we needed to give all attendees a great time . "We can't express our thanks for last night. The whole band were outstanding from start to finish. The organisation leading into the wedding was so easy and straightforward and we couldn't have been happier. So many of our guests mentioned how good you were and many said it was one of the best live gigs they had ever seen. Last night you really brought the feel good factor and completely made our night. "We hired ‘Kitty Galactic’ for our wedding reception & they really made the party! Great communications with Tim the drummer in the lead up to the event ensured everything ran smoothly on the night. The sets consisted of a number of funk/soul classics plus some more up-to-date pop tunes - perfect for a wedding party. It's always a good sign when the dance floor is rammed & it was for the duration of the sets. Thanks guys & I will be strongly recommending you to others! "

"I booked The Covered for my 40th birthday party. Communication with John was excellent from the start. They arrived when they said they would with everything they needed. They asked to change the location in the room I had selected which turned out to be the best idea & made for a much better atmosphere. The music was brilliant & had us all dancing the night away! I would thoroughly recommend The Covered, thank you John & the gang."

"Can I say what a fantastic gig that was last Saturday night! This was at my daughter's wedding, and I thought the performance was an absolute stormer! I think your audience helped, if I might say so ... think we filled the dance floor within a minute or two of you getting started. Anyway, it was a superb night, and I look forward to coming to more of your gigs when the chance arises. Brilliant!"
