"Simon is a brilliant musician and one of the nicest chaps you can hope to meet – I loved a wedding reception where his music kept us all on the dance floor! It works brilliantly when he goes acoustic and solo too. Would highly recommend."

"Although our guests were all rather advanced in years, primed managed to keep the dance floor full all night. They played a really diverse mix of music both old and new and took requests from the audience. Fantastic spontaneity."

"When tasked with the job to book a band for our Summer Ball on Weston-super-Mare pier, I knew Shakers Gold would be perfect and booked them without hesitation. They played at our Wedding last year & went down a storm. If you're looking for a great band who are professional & sound amazing then look no further! "This band do the biz! They know what an audience wants and deliver it with style and energy. A fully professional and slick outfit, they can play just about any style with authority and panache. We all loved them at Exeter RWC2015 Fanzone and I would certainly book them again for any event that calls for a top-class band."

"These guys are incredible. Music is really important to us generally and given we had a festival themed wedding it was even more important to find the perfect band. We spent hours scrolling through bands trying to find what we wanted and it was so worth it to find them. The musical talent of all the band is phenomenal and made such a professional set - we had so many comments about how great they were and I think there will be a few more bookings for them on the back of their performance. We sent them a video of how we wanted our first dance song to be performed and they absolutely nailed the brief. They were also really helpful in planning as we had another band in the afternoon and they were really accommodating of how we made that work to ensure a smooth transition. I can't recommend them highly enough. I nearly ran over when they were finishing up to ask if we could pay them more to stay longer - they made the evening party exactly what we had wanted, cannot recommend them highly enough."

"We are so happy that we made the decision to book Hot Parade for our wedding . Our guests are still talking about how good the band were 2 weeks later. We knew from the early stages of planning we wanted a band and fortunately the band were able to make our rearranged date. They stayed in touch throughout what would become nearly 2 1/2 years since making the booking and responded to our questions throughout the time period. They even went the extra mile and learnt our first dance song as it wasn’t one which they had played together before. They were fantastic on the night, the dance floor stayed full and they even let a few of our guests get up and perform with them. We were married in Manchester with the band coming from Essex. Everyone at first wondered why we hadn’t gone more local, but once the band started playing they understood. Would recommend to anyone wanting a band who can perform songs across the decades."
