Review Centre: Pop Bands

"The guys were our live entertainment and provided DJ music for our annual Charity Ball. Communication was excellent during the run up to the event. On the night they were hugely flexible, working with us in relation to timings of sets played. They rocked the room; the dance floor was rammed from the time they started playing to when the last song was played at 1am. Great range of music performed; many very positive comments received from our guests, they didn’t want them to stop! Huge thanks to Joel, Darius and Dave in supporting us to raise a great amount for our wonderful charity. They were not only great musicians and singers but had a lovely level of interaction with me as their customer which I very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend!!"

From our very first call, I felt the energy was exactly right, you immediately understood what we were trying to create and came back with great options on how to deliver it in a way that felt authentic. That made the whole process easy and genuinely enjoyable from the start. Across all four days you were consistently fantastic: always on time, kind, respectful, and dressed perfectly for the space. I also really appreciated how flexible and accommodating you were with playing acoustically and adapting to how we wanted the music to sit within the experience. "Absolutely fantastic! We got married in February this year and from the beginning, they were easily contactable with lots of options for band size which was very helpful. We went for a band and DJ option and extended the dj finishing time too. In the night, they were fantastic. They accomadated one of our guests singing our 1st dance and from then the dance floor was full. One of our guests was also our videograoher and commented afterwards about how there was no 'down time' or 'lull' in the night as the band and DJ read the room well and kept the dance floor full. As someone who is often on the dance floor on my own, this was exactly what I wanted for my wedding! There were points where they encouraged audience participation, with my dad reliving his youth singing with them, and apparently my and a friend 'helping' with a song too. I cannot recommend these guys enough! Thankyou for keeping people dancing well into the night!"

"We booked The Latin Inquisition as a two piece band to perform at our wedding reception. From the time of enquiry, the band were friendly, professional and efficient to communicate with. They provided us with a varied and extensive repertoire for us to select the songs we wanted them to play and even said they could learn and play a special request - they can now add 'Despacito' to their catalogue! Their song list is a mixture of well known popular English and Spanish songs adapted in their own unique style, along with a number of lesser known mainly instrumental tracks from Latin musicians - a nice balance. The band come fully equipped with their own PA system which they can fit in around whatever sound equipment is already there. They performed 2x45 mins sets and were absolutely brilliant! Musically the lads are extremely talented guitarists and excellent entertainers - and put out a big sound for a duo! The skill and talent required to play and sing in such a manner should not be underestimated - absolute professionals! They sounded amazing, very unique and we loved every minute of the performance and had a good old dance! Feedback from our guests was all positive - they're amazing musicians, and a very entertaining and original act to highly recommend. "

"Just wanted to say a huge thank you for playing at our wedding on 28th July. You we’re awesome! I spent ages looking at bands for our wedding as for me, a band can make or break the evening. Although I liked what I heard on your website, it doesn’t do you justice to when you play live! When Rob and I heard you sound checking we both looked at each other and thought, these guys sound really good. But when you actually started playing, you had the whole wedding party dancing for the entire evening, you absolutely rocked the place! We had nothing but compliments on how great our band were, and I hope you don’t mind but I’ve passed on your details to a few people who requested them. I really hope we get the opportunity to book you guys again for any future parties we have! "

"John and the band played at our wedding last night in Tunbridge Wells and were absolutely amazing. Great communication from start to finish, accommodated our wedding date move due to Covid and played an amazing set. All guests were gutted when the band finished and wanted the party to continue.
