"Des has played in our Village church on several occasions now ... including a wedding and services with small and large congregations. His sensitivity and versatility enable him to perfectly meet the musical needs of any occasion. His encouraging and lively style made even a congregation of 14 feel to be part of a larger lively congregation; and his subtle use of his jazz background makes a traditional service sound fresh and exciting. "Palatine String Quartet played for us this weekend at my daughter’s engagement and graduation garden celebration. I can’t say enough good things about them. Talented, creative, very flexible on repertoire, and a joy to have here. Our guests loved it. We’ll certainly have them back at the first opportunity."

From the first contact, he was so easy to work with, fast to respond and nothing was too much trouble. Nigel is so talented and played everything we asked of him. "SWB played our wedding at the Mowbray, with 2 band sets and DJ set between with a span of ours and our guests fav songs. They worked with us and our timings for the day. All our guests loved the sets and those that could were up on the dance floor - elder emo vibes all round. Hire these guys, you won't be sorry!!"
