"Lizzie Curwen performed in St Mary's Community Centre Darlington on Saturday 2nd February 2019. Lizzie was fantastic and very professional in her performance. i would recommended Lizzie for a guaranteed evening of an excellent classical and musical theatre song. Everyone who attended the concert have all said that they had a fantastic evening. Thank you Lizzie!!"

"What a fantastic way to celebrate Burns Night. The children arrived at school at 9.00am and were surprised to find David playing in the playground! He piped them into school and joined our special assembly. Everyone has a fantastic morning of Scottish rhyme and music, assisted by David. Couldn't come more highly recommended. I hope he can come back next year!"

"These guys rock!! We had them at my wedding last week and they were brilliant. A tailored set list, loads of energy and everyone got up on the dance floor! Could not recommend them enough. Really easy to arrange and sort everything as well. These guys were good."

"I was so excited when I found Absolute band's website and saw their repertoire and videos of them playing, it was exactly the vibe we were looking for. We booked them originally for June 2020, then moved to April 2021, then again moved to July 2021! Geoff was so kind and understanding and flexible throughout, navigating wedding season in a pandemic and making sure that we could have the numbers of guests we wanted there. They played on 3rd July 2021 and the dancefloor was absolutely banging! Because of covid we had to have an outside dancefloor - they were so flexible and played at the edge of the marquee facing out, whilst we all danced on a patio under a gazebo. It was truly magic. Our guests are a huge mix of ages and the dancefloor was rammed the entire time they were playing. We were running late and they were so flexible by doing an extra long set for us before the music had to turn off. They played all our favourite songs, and played a couple of requests that weren't on their repertoire. I cannot recommend them enough, they are really well priced for the standard of their performance, and I would book them again in an instant! "Duncan has a great repertoire of songs and the talent as a performer to entertain an audience. He's versatile and has warm engaging presence on stage. He's also a consummate professional and brings a lot of experience with him to any event he performs at. Best of all though, he knows how to work an audience in the right way at the right time. Its versatility, which is something separates the rest from the best and when you're hiring Duncan for your event, you are getting the best!"
