"Beverly on Sax was a star. She arrived before she was required in plenty of time to set up and have a chat about the sessions and arrangements. She also communicated well before the date of the booking. Her music was carefully chosen to meet our requests. Her playing of the Sax was fabulous. Everyone just loved her. We would most definitely book her again as she really ‘made’ the party! Thank you Bev!! "

"Rejigged were hired to play at my 50th birthday party. After reading many positive reviews from their website, I was really looking forward to an entertaining evening of music, dance and laughter with my friends and family. They didn’t disappoint! Chris liaised on behalf of the band and kept regular contact, before the event, ensuring he knew exactly how I wanted the evening to pan out. Booking and payment was simple and advice offered to maximise the success of the evening. We had booked the 5 piece Cailidh band, including the caller. The musicians were highly skilled professionals and their choice of music was perfect for the evening. The caller was entertaining and very patient with us dancers, who joined in enthusiastically, if not skilfully! (Let’s face it, going wrong in the dance is half of the fun!) The band played non-stop for one and a half hours, stopped for half an hour for refreshments and then continued for a further hour. It was wonderful to see the enjoyment on everyone’s faces and the atmosphere was full of fun and laughter. The band really made my special birthday an event to remember: they were excellent! If a Ceilidh band is something you’re looking for, don’t hesitate to book Rejigged; you won’t be disappointed, I promise. K.Barker "

"Andy is AMAZING! Andy sang at my daughter’s engagement party on 20/07/24 and totally blew everyone away with both his vocals (and musical talent ☺️ ) and song choices! Totally professional from the start of booking to the end of the night. Would totally recommend 100% to anyone planning an event to book Andy! "Can not rate highly enough! Every guest said how lovely the music was and the ambience was relaxing. I booked this as a surprise for my partner who loved it and was bought to tears by the music as she walked down the isle. The communication throughout was first rate and they offered me advice and recommendations that suited my wedding and venue. Highly recommended to all... Thank-you for all you did Magenta Strings"

"Jonathan and his trio provided the music for a special party in July. This is the fourth time we have had the pleasure of his relaxed style of music and this time he brought a superb saxophonist. His repetoire is varied and he suits it to the occasion very well, even including special requests. Just need an excuse for another party!"

"Liverpool Sound and Vision Rating * * * * As Donald Rumsfeld once said, so famously causing the scratching of heads in consternation and dismay, “There are known knowns and unknown knowns…” yet somehow such double talk and heroic word play should be left to Honey Hush Dupree and the band, for in their new albumUnforgettable Trues and Everyday Lies, the lyrical force of nature is far and away more direct, succinct and wonderfully managed than anything a politician could scramble together. Unforgettable is a mark that deservedly belongs to the band, the memorable and the cherished going hand in hand as their deep love of the Blues comes bounding across with enthusiastic vigour and in the case of this new album, with a darker edge, with an anger of the age attached to it, still very much enjoyable but somehow more threatening, more beautifully intimidating and yet at the same time never once wavering in its commitment to allow the listener to internally dance and shake loose; the Devil after all will always allow the angels to boogie on down. Everyday lies, whether those we tell ourselves to keep us going in the face of adversity or those we pronounce to others in order to impress or deflect our feelings, each one has its symbolic value; the same is said for the true-isms, the emphasise on what is clear and unvarnished, perhaps even understated, yet at all times striking and rich. Unforgettable Trues and Everyday Lies allows the freedom of movement within the confines of Blues to be explored and with Neil Sadler on bass, Scott Hunter on drums, the fabulous Owen Bray on harmonica and Else Black lending some terrific backing vocals, Honey Hush Dupree captures the mood with pin-point accuracy. In tracks such as Broken People, Breaking Down, Shooting From The Hip and How Long, the music is contagious, it sweeps through the veins like a miniature train buffeting against stereotype intuition and scraping down in blocks of perpetual indifference with ease. This is an album that emphasises the battle in the way that words are seen and felt, it takes a writer of absolute skill to make a menacing note come across as nothing less that beauty personified and yet Honey Hush Dupree manages with absolute conviction. A joy to be back in the company of Honey Hush Dupree and the band, a fact of life that gets better and better each time they come around. Ian D. Hall"
