"I've wanted to try live music in our little Country pub for the longest time and Lucy and Jack were so great I'll definitely be having them back again and again. Engaging, entertaining, and had people up dancing all night. Can't recommend enough!"

"Thank you both for adding so professionally and brilliantly to our Captain's Ball. This event is the highlight of our year and your choice of music was spot on. It was obvious that all attending enjoyed themselves and with the dance floor always full. There has been nothing but fullsome praise and wonderful comments since. Hopefully, see you next year. "

"It was a must to have Revolver Riot at our wedding since you were part of the proposal on P&O Ferries! And we’ve got to say that it was so worth it to have you travel up to Hull for our big day. Brilliant night for all our friends & family and you’ve definitely made an impact in our life!"

"Chris piped at my daughter’s wedding to welcome the guests to the ceremony and then piped my daughter into the venue. Our guests were so pleased to have a piper welcome them as it is always emotional hearing the bagpipes played so well. My daughter could hear Chris from her guest house close by and that was so lovely to be waiting to come to your wedding with the pipes in the background. Chris was lovely to deal with and was the only person to personally phone me when we were scouting for a piper. He also followed up the week before to make sure everything was going to be perfect for us. A great musician and we loved having him at our special day. "

"A massive thank you to you and the guys for such a wonderful evening at our wedding in France! You made the evening a night to remember for everyone and all of our guests were raving about you. Even our French neighbours, who had come up for a glass of wine and a 'mosey about', were highly entertained. We greatly appreciate the distance you travelled and the long night you had on Saturday but the wedding wouldn't have been the same without you. Having every dance danced to by guests, many of who had never ceilidhed before was better than we expected, especially with the heat! You were a pleasure to deal with in the months before and on the day, nothing seemed like it was too much trouble. We would be happy to recommend you to anyone considering a ceilidh band as you were without doubt the best, most entertaining and fun band we have come across."

"I had Vicki play as a duo with a bassist doing upbeat covers and some Adele numbers as requested, everyone absolutely loved it, especially the sax solos! Would definitely recommend this duo."

"Nothing gives us more pleasure than to write this review since you played such a major part in ensuring that the word everyone kept saying both on and after the day was ‘Perfect’. I couldn’t get from one end of the room to the other without being questioned as to where we found you! Your voice, the choice of playlist the quality of sound and balance of guitar and backing track were all spot on. Amanda and I were still talking about the success of the evening in particular as we sat quaffing Rioja in the many tapas bars of Seville. Thanks you so much helping to make our day so memorable, we just need to think of a reason to hire you again, a special birthday or friend's wedding party! The hotel were also blown away by your performance and have a wedding in December which they have recommended you for. Our first dance will remain a special memory throughout our life, and to think, we chose it 5 minutes before! The majority of guests were convinced the 3 of us had rehearsed it! If ever you need a reference or endorsement for a website or social media advertising please use us. All the best, look forward to seeing you again."

"BM Ceilidh Band were exceptional for our Military Burns formal dinner night. Dave was lovely to work with on the lead up to the event, and catered for a last minute date change with no fuss – thank you so much for that. On the night Dave, Alan and Gerry were just excellent! Their knowledge and variety of Ceilidh songs ensured the night was a roaring success with the dance floor full for every song. The combination of the Melodian, Guitar and superb singing really made the night special. 100% would recommend to anyone and hope to have them again for future events. "
