"Revival played at my cousin's wedding last night. Wow, what a wonderful night. They played a mix of music that all ages were dancing to. They had fantastic feedback and my mother and father in law are still talking about them this morning! I can highly recommend them if you want a band who play to a high standard and who are genuinely lovely people! I will certainly be recommending them. Thanks again Tom and the band. "

"January 29, 2025) UK based singer/songwriter Richie Sampson is a veteran of the soul music scene. When the legendary pop/soul band the Foundations (“Build Me Up, Buttercup”, “Baby Now That I Found You”) came back together with an updated lineup, Sampson was tapped as their lead singer. He also toured with legends from the Three Degrees to George McCrae as well as lead his own group, Soul Kinda Wonderful. Soul Kinda Wonderful’s new single, “You You (Are Everything),” is garnering spins and streams from Spotify to the now-temporarily resuscitated Tik Tok. The arrangement is rooted in 80’s retro pop/soul, accented by trademark synthesizer hits and anchored by the electronic rhythm section from that period. Sampson’s vocals are strong and assertive, which carries the song’s message to one’s love with great confidence. Overall, a very cheery number. Great to see artists such as Richie Sampson and Soul Kinda Wonderful bring the classic sounds from way back to the present day. Looking forward to more great music from them in the near future. "Just wanted to drop you a note to thank you for putting on such a good show last Friday. It really made it a very special night for me, much better than having a disco all night. Everyone that spoke to me after the event commented on how good the band was and felt it made more of an occasion of it. I have to say it really was great to see so many people up on the floor at the end of the night enjoying the music. Please pass on my sincere thanks to everyone in the Band too, they really did a professional job. "

"Leon was incredible at our wedding back in May. He was very professional throughout the build up to the day, and sent us sound clips of songs for the ceremony to check we were happy with them. He sounded amazing on the day, and although as the bride and groom we didn’t get to listen to him as much as our guests did - what we heard was perfect. A lot of our guests commented on how good Leon had sounded and it was the perfect backdrop to our drinks reception. I can’t recommend him enough! "

"We both wanted to extend our thanks for the wonderful music the BVB accordion and fiddle duo performed for us on our wedding day. We both had an amazing time and really felt that Mike and Jase added to the day immeasurably. Stef in particular enjoyed the special attention that was given to her by the duo - the guys played an instrumental version of her favourite song - and we both loved seeing family members singing along to Dutch classics. The interaction with the duo themselves was excellent and certainly helped us feel relaxed in both the run up to and on the day itself."

"The band were amazing we could not be happier! We booked the acoustic duo for our drinks reception which set the scene perfectly for our chilled atmosphere and we have the 5 piece band for the evening to get the party started! Everyone was on the dance floor - I just wish we could do it all over again! Thank you so much guys!"

"Communication with the band was excellent and they made sure that everything fitted to our plans. The audience was a mixed age group and the playlist suited everyone. Great sound quality and the double bass made it just a little bit different. Couldn't fault them a great evening."

"James did our wedding at Sandwell Golf Club and he was fabulous. Mark and myself are so pleased that he helped make our day just perfect, and all of our guests thought he was amazing, along with the chef and his cooks! James was our little secret for the wedding breakfast right through to the evening entertainment and we were not disappointed one little bit. Such a good time had by all, an absolute fantastic time, thanks James. "
