"Kit was booked to perform at a adult / children’s party. Kit was excellent and managed to blend the first set into an entertaining piece for the adults and kids. To a second set which was a perfect piece for a transition and background piece while w rate food and the kids relaxed. The third set was much more upbeat, grey for the adult entertainment and brought an excitement to the evening. I would not think twice about hiring Kit again. He manage our requirements perfectly , by listening to what we required and delivering on every request. The feedback from all our guests was exceptional! Thank you Kit and hopefully we will see you at the next event. Roy and family "

"Darren was just fantastic and transformed my Dad’s 90th Birthday Party from a pleasant family gathering to something special. His performance was perfect and every aspect of making the arrangements, choosing the song selection, arrival and setting-up, was faultless. The whole experience was a real pleasure and all the guests (and venue staff) thoroughly enjoyed hearing him perform. "

"Many thanks for today. The choice of music and your playing fitted the occasion perfectly. Lots of people have said how much they enjoyed listening to your playing. "You were absolutely brilliant; I loved hearing you play the tunes we had selected for our ceremony itself and then to have you playing in the sunshine in the gatehouse gardens while we mingled and chatted to our friends with our fizz was wonderful. So many of our guests commented to us on how great you were and how lovely it was to hear a mix of modern and classical pieces being played so beautifully. A very personal thank you from me for playing my favourite song (One Day Like this; Elbow) twice for me, I knew that I wanted to walk out to it but I knew that I would be able to hear it all and I wanted to stand and appreciate it too. As it happened we had been whisked away into the Castle ruins to have our pictures taken when I heard you start playing it again and walking back through the castle and its formal gardens listen to my song on your beautiful instruments was a very special part of our day that I'll never forget. I would definitely wholeheartedly recommend you, you made our drinks reception feel very special. "

"Brilliantly talented and genuinely nice guys, saw them on the Anthem, most nights end up at one of their sets but our fav was the rock set we watched. fingers crossed to see them again next year when we sail again!"

"We booked Ebor String Quartet for our wedding at very short notice, and they were absolutely fantastic. Conor was incredibly helpful and accommodating, and we appreciated being able to agree on a price that suited our budget and needs. Despite having another booking on the same day, they still fitted us in and performed beautifully for two hours, including our first dance song, “Perfect”, which was truly magical. Our guests are still talking about them. Highly recommended!"
