"I have heard Chris sing many times and will always be my first choice to select him for any corporate event I would organise. It’s not only his repertoire which is superb, his backing tracks are selected to show Chris singing at his best. He has a lovely line in chat and can sense the mood of his audience and adjust accordingly. I have no hesitancy in recommending Chris any time ."

"Have been listening to Chris play in town and thought, perfect for our garden party! And we were not disappointed! This Jazz Trio created the perfect atmosphere for our guests to mingle and enjoy a relaxed sunny evening. They accompanied two tributes to the hosts spontaneously and with such professionalism, we can't thank them enough for making the whole event a success. Top musicians with fantastic repertoire. Strongly recommend! "

"The Ebor String Quartet played at my Mums Memorial Bench Reveal function at The Arboretum , Castle Howard . Such a friendly group , so professional , and made the afternoon so special by playing a selection of modern and classic pieces whilst we all enjoyed an afternoon tea . "Ashdowne played at our wedding on 16th July 2016 at Sketchley Grange in Hinckley and they were incredible! The music they played and the atmosphere they created was outstanding. They had everybody from our wedding, no matter what age, up on their feet and dancing all night! We genuinely didn't want them to stop. Thank you so much for helping us finish our wedding off with a bang and a big bang it was. If anybody is looking for a wedding band, book them now!!! Love from Brendon & Jenny x "

"We’re so pleased we booked Lara last minute for our wedding day in Derbyshire! Her music was so good and really added depth and emotion to the background tracks, especially the entrance song as I walked down the aisle. Having her play in the background of the reception drinks was lovely too. Loads of our guests complimented her music and said how nice it was to have something different at a wedding! We would definitely recommend it. Thank you Lara!"
