"Just wanted to send you a quick note to say how wonderful the guys were on Sunday. In the end Martin was able to use his battery amp and the result was just fabulous. We had so many compliments about the performance and it made the whole atmosphere of the event. Thank you so much for helping us get this together at the last minute - you’re a life saver!"

"We booked the Magenta string duo for our wedding ceremony and drinks reception. The ladies were fantastic and very professional. The music was beautiful and all our guests commented what a lovely touch it was to have a live duo at our wedding. We only had 50 guests so wanted subtle entertainment and the duo was perfect for this. In the lead up to the booking, their communication was great and they were very helpful and organised. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Magenta Strings to anyone looking to add a touch of class to a special occasion. "

"You want good vibes, swingy jazz and a trumpet sound smooth as honey? This is your band. I watched them by chance at Ruby's, a cocktail place in Dalston and for not expecting anything this was really a revelation. I couldn't keep my feet still... They play with so much joy that it carries you straight away."

"A year or so ago love for sale caught my eye and i am so glad we went ahead and booked them for our wedding. Our venue had last minute music restrictions which was a shame as the band had to be put in a seperate room but the band still managed to make an impact. So many positive comments and compliments about them from our family. We would definitely book the band again for any future events and this time hopefully the venue will co operate! "Summer Samba were just perfect for my event - a lunch time BBQ birthday party in the garden. The whole process from making my booking with TIm to the trio turning up on the day was seamless. The music was expertly played, the singing beautiful and Tim, Ela and Matt were a delight. I'm now trying to think up another event so that I can hire them again! "
