"Solid Gold were the band I chose for my 70th birthday party. They responded immediately to my initial requests and communication was excellent throughout the process. In the day they arrived early despite quite a long journey to get to our corner of Kent, and began setting up immediately. They are a talented and amiable bunch of excellent professional musicians who provided us with two brilliant one hour sets of music we’d agreed in advance, ranging from 50’s classics through to up to date popular bangers. This is their true strength; an ability to cover any kind of music to match the occasion. I cannot recommend Solid Gold highly enough, they’re a pleasure to deal with and provided a superb musical backdrop to my special evening. Thanks again guys!"

"I've wanted to try live music in our little Country pub for the longest time and Lucy and Jack were so great I'll definitely be having them back again and again. Engaging, entertaining, and had people up dancing all night. Can't recommend enough!"

"Our Residents had a great time last week at Merlewood when Gary came to perform the steel drums whilst they enjoyed their carribean themed lunch. The Residents are still talking about what how much they enjoyed Gary's music. He really made it special for them. He's the nicest guy and even stayed well over his paid time and didn't finish playing till the residents had finished their lunch. We will definatley look forward to booking him again in the future."

"Ed and Paul played at our drinks reception at the Beverley Barn on 10th Aug. They were very professional throughout the afternoon and we couldn't have asked for any more. Everyone enjoyed the jazz and they really helped the afternoon to go smoothly. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for music at their wedding."

"We had a fantastic time for my partners 30th Birthday. Richer Music recommended a list of bands to us and then helped us find the act that had the best songs to suit our tastes. "Totally AMAZING!! From start to finish on my wife’s surprise 50th party they entertained us all throughout the whole night. They are so accommodating to any songs/music you want played and seamlessly transitioned from live band to DJ. They learnt her all time favourite song especially for her. You could not ask for more and would recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for a band/DJ."
