"We booked Golden Gospel for our summer wedding and couldn't have been more pleased! As you can imagine, it was hard to make a decision as there are so many groups out there, but after listening to their soundtracks and speaking with them via email - I knew I wanted them to sing at our wedding - and I wasn't disappointed! They were simply amazing. The communication beforehand was so friendly and informative, that I felt immediately at ease and so excited to hear them in person. On the day, they were absolutely fantastic. They had guests entertained (some up dancing) before I arrived, sang an amazing version of my wedding entrance song and then ended the ceremony in such a joyful, uplifting way. We had so many compliments about them, with many guests saying they were their favourite and most memorable part of the day. I cannot recommend enough, they were everything I hoped for and more."

"The band are fantastic! We had excellent communication with Revolve throughout the entire booking process and they even performed our first dance request which was a lovely touch. The set list they played covered all decades and of our guests were thoroughly entertained all night."

"Dear Ben, Thank you so much for all of your help in organising for The Blue Suede Shoes to come and play at our wedding. You were so professional and made the whole process really easy and stress free – thanks so much for all of your hard work. Thank you especially to the guys themselves for doing such a great job for us on the day, particularly with the last minute worries about the power being off (luckily it was all ok in the end!) We had so many compliments on how great they were and the song choices were perfect. Everyone had such a fun time dancing and they really made the evening extra special. Thank you also for being so helpful to Grace and for allowing her to sing for the first dance. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to other people and wish you all the best for the future. "I can only reiterate what other reviews have said. John and Adam were fantastic. From initial contact, discussing our requirements, helpful advice and general correspondence; to arriving punctually on the night, and being so friendly and helpful with my ‘techno-phobe’ self when it came to setting up a laptop and projector for a wedding film presentation; to actually performing – offering such an eclectic mix of music, ensuring the dance floor was full, and interacting with the wedding guests. I was so impressed with their professionalism, yet lovely friendly personas. As a band their performance was faultless, and certainly added that something extra to an already special occasion. Well done lads… can’t rate you highly enough! "

"Tim and I wanted to thank you and the band for being so amazing at our wedding. I think every guest has complimented you guys and said how fantastic you were. You managed to make what was an already awesome day more spectacular, I think you captured everyone's energy and really gave us the perfect party for our wedding. The first dance was fantastic and we were blown away by all your talents. I think the band were a bit worried they wouldn't be allowed home for the chants of 4 more songs :) Also thanks for your all your help and prompt responses and information you gave us beforehand. Really makes wedmin easier when working full time too! Hopefully we can come and see you guys playing any gigs you have planned, so keep us posted Caro and Tim, wedding at The Poplar Tree in Durham – 21st June 2014 "

"An absolutely fantastic band! Easy to deal with when booking, an easy rider to provide for them as well. Simply great musicians and people all round. I have used them for my daughter's wedding and a charity ball too. They never fail to deliver a great night!"

"Mr P played for our wedding last weekend and it was amazing! I can honestly say I would definitely recommend, communication prior to was great always ensuring our needs were met! We had so many compliments and Mr P made the atmosphere so enjoyable. His music range is great and can play many genres of music - I promise you he won't disappoint! Thank you so much Mr P we loved it! "
