"For the biggest day of my life I knew I needed someone special to provide music - from the very beginning, Gemma was friendly, easy to talk to and professional - dealing with my requests before the big day. Her amazing voice filled the room, they sang a good variety of songs to suit everyone. Their performance will be one of my best memories from the day, bringing everyone together on the dance floor! I will definitely be recommending her to all of my friends. Thank you so much Gemma & Phil!"

"Myself and my wife chose to have Sam to sing at our wedding ceremony and nothing was too much for her. Some of our songs were not on the portfolio but Sam went away and learnt them so our day could be as perfect as possible. She was just incredible and words can’t describe how amazing it was to have her there. From the moment we saw her and booked to the day itself she was just so professional and lovely. Even after the wedding, popping us an email to wish us luck as a new couple. We would recommend her to anyone and everyone and wish we could do it all again! (Can’t wait for the videos!) We are so grateful for you for making our day so so special, thank you so much Sam ❤️ Love from the Parry’s"

"We just wanted to say a huge thank you to you and the band. You guys were absolutely amazing and had everyone on their feet for the entire evening, from the 4 year olds to the 80 year olds. " WOW!! What a super gig! Peter was great from initial enquiries to the big day, he was happy to chat over txt and very accommodating! They played for us as our guests arrived and whilst we ate dinner- they were brilliant- loads of compliments from all our guests! They also played two request songs which was very special! Highly recommend, we all had the best time!!! Louise and Tim. "

"Amazing night with joyous music from the band from start to finish. Very accommodating for our age span of 8 years to 80 years! Plenty of caller participation to get us all going in fun dances which everyone said made them ache the next day! I heartily recommend them. Very friendly too! "

"David was a great choice for our event. Although we were a little nervous about having a piper, we met David and our doubts disappeared. We chatted at the venue in advance, he came with plenty of good ideas and also sent a video of himself playing. David is a piper of great skill and warmth of personality. His playing of both large and small pipes drew many compliments and made a valuable contribution to the success of our day. Many thanks and best wishes to you David! "

"I was so excited when I found Absolute band's website and saw their repertoire and videos of them playing, it was exactly the vibe we were looking for. We booked them originally for June 2020, then moved to April 2021, then again moved to July 2021! Geoff was so kind and understanding and flexible throughout, navigating wedding season in a pandemic and making sure that we could have the numbers of guests we wanted there. They played on 3rd July 2021 and the dancefloor was absolutely banging! Because of covid we had to have an outside dancefloor - they were so flexible and played at the edge of the marquee facing out, whilst we all danced on a patio under a gazebo. It was truly magic. Our guests are a huge mix of ages and the dancefloor was rammed the entire time they were playing. We were running late and they were so flexible by doing an extra long set for us before the music had to turn off. They played all our favourite songs, and played a couple of requests that weren't on their repertoire. I cannot recommend them enough, they are really well priced for the standard of their performance, and I would book them again in an instant! "Clare was great. We had very civilised piano accompaniment to pre-dinner cocktails followed by great fun with saxophone, backing tracks, impromptu karaoke and dancing afterwards. Clare was incredibly tolerant of our many quirky requests (including singing our own versions of various songs) and really threw herself into the celebration. She was a highlight of a weekend that wasn't short of memorable moments. Thanks Clare!"
