"We booked The Players for our wedding and we are so happy that we did! From the get go everything was really straight forward and they were so accommodating. Even some of our very last minute requests (we didn't actually pick our first dance song until the morning of the wedding!) they were happy to oblige. Above all though they played exactly the type of music we were looking for (not too cheesy) and sounded amazing. Our guests had a fantastic time dancing the evening away - we couldn't have hoped for anything better. If you're looking for a band for any event, these are your guys! Thank you so much for making our day so special."

"Well what can we say...We could not have asked for better! Jeremy and the band were brilliant people and fantastic musicians. They were extremely organised and personable both in advance of and on the day, and most importantly brought the party to our wedding! Everyone was asking where we found Straight Up. "Absolutely fantastic, professional from start to finish. Nothing was was too much trouble and they were even understanding about the delay in their set. Great music and the guests loved it, new and old songs so catered for all. Guests never stopped dancing I would definitely recommend them and I’ll Definitely be booking again for future events. "A huge thank you to Chris and The Band for playing at our wedding at Priston Mill on 13th May. We had seen the band a few times at gigs so we knew they were excellent,but they absolutely rocked our wedding, the dance floor was full from start to finish, young and old! It was just what we had dreamed of. Not only were the band great, but Chris gave us some great advice beforehand about timings etc based on his experience- which was spot on and really helped. They set up and packed away quickly and dealt directly with the venue so didn't disturb our day at all. Really professional and most importantly played great floor filling classics, and the vocals worked perfectly with every song. Finally, the band also managed our playlist for before their set and during the interval too which was fab. If you are thinking of booking this band- do it!"

"After spending weeks looking for a wedding band who could play more than the standard fare, we were intrigued on seeing their repertoire; finally a band who could satisfy all the guests with a mixture of classy soul, RnB and pop. Once we listened to their demo we were sold; it was clear that Rebecca has the voice of an angel. However, this didn’t prepare us for the performance on the day, which exceeded all expectations. Love songs delivered with heartbreaking beauty and pop that had everyone off their seats until the last note of the evening. Rebecca and the Somerset Soul are a wedding band for the discerning listener who gave us the perfect end to a perfect day."

"We wouldn`t change a single minute of our wedding day. Whilst its difficult to pick out a highlight, you guys did an absolutely sensational job in the evening. Everyone has been raving about how good you were. We were so impressed. You did everything we asked for, and did it perfectly. You were the ultimate professionals. Not only did you fill the dance floor but you filled the whole room right up to the bar for the whole night! We really can`t thank you enough and hope you guys also enjoyed playing at our wedding."
