"When my husband and I celebrated our 50th birthdays we wanted a cool and sophisticated party, so we planned a summer party in a marquee in the garden. Joel and Ben created the perfect atmosphere playing their soulful jazz. Everyone thought they were amazing! I would thoroughly recommend them"

"James and the guys were just incredible. We invited our friends to a secret wedding (disguised as a christening) as we wanted an informal party atmosphere and from the very first chat, James grasped what we were wanting and produced an amazing Neo Soul evening starting with jazz and working through to funk classics. We really couldn't have asked for more. The band, the music, the dj sets, the whole thing was just brilliant and we want to do it all again!"

"Mitch and the band did an absolutely amazing job. EVERYONE was up dancing all night long. We can’t thank you enough! To work with you were a dream as well. You were like ninjas setting up, and lovely to all our guests. Even let me have a go on the mic when I really shouldn’t have! We just want to do it all over again. Thank you so much!"

"Excellent, great band made up of lovely guys. The covers were brilliant and hit the vibe of the evening (festival themed) perfectly. Would definitely recommend hiring them for a variety of events."

"Shakers Gold were fantastic at our wedding. We requested a first dance that wasn't on their play list, and they were more than happy to accommodate. Their version of 'you are the sunshine of my life' was brilliant. The sets they played were relevant to the people on the dance floor, and they kept everyone moving. They were happy to be flexible on the night when we had to make some last minute changes to when food was available, and when the cake was cut, and they liaised directly with the venue where necessary. I couldn't recommend them more highly."

"Definitely highly recommended. Great communication throughout and such a lovely person to work with. Kirsty listened to what we wanted and hit the mark, even tailoring music to the theme of the night and well judging when to up the tempo. We’ll see you again Kirsty for another bash for sure. "Claudio was absolutely fabulous, I would highly recommend hiring him for any special occasion, he made my daughters wedding day that much extra special, lovely man, arrived in plenty of time, excellent communication before the event, a number of my guests will be hiring him thereselves. "
