"I contacted ed arnold on thursday 25th july as I decided to hire a piper at the last minute to play at my grandsons wedding on the 26th july I realised that no family member had booked one and I being from Scotland and the groom and family members would be in full kilt dress including tartan trews so we had to have a piper ed rushed from one gig to ours and was there to pipe the groom and bride Michael and Kelly into there evening reception and stayed and piped a few more tunes I will certainly book ed again a very pleasant man. thanks ed Janet."

"What can I say about this man. A true professional. His friendly manner and amazing bagpipe skills are second to none. We got married on August 7th 2021 at Newark Castle and Gardens. My dream had been to have a piper at my wedding with the wedding march to the sound of Highland Cathedral. What an outstanding tune played by an accomplished piper. Being Scottish and wearing an Isle of Skye tartan wedding dress he took my breath away. I'm always proud to be Scottish but my wedding day was beyond my dreams. Thank you Billy for attending our wedding and making my dream come true. Would recommend you to anyone in a heartbeat xx"

"Lucy and I would like to thank you for your work on our day back in May at the Parsonage. It must have been horrendously hot in your uniform! - i thought mine was bad! Your piping skills are amazing and was so well received, everybody commented on you and your toast, saying how much they enjoyed it! "Hello, for our wedding Jeremy Levif was one of the first things we booked. Jeremy is incredible and sings a host of songs genres - it also helps that he is the friendliest guy ever. "My wife and I recently booked Billy to play at our 40th Wedding Anniversary Party . Billy and his lovely wife Anita arrived on time. We appreciated how much they both understood how stressful readying for the arrival of 40 guests at our home could be. Billy quickly got changed and in his no 1 highland outfit complete with feather bonnet, he looked magnificent. Billy stood and played at the front of our house while guests arrived. He has a large repertoire of tunes and was easily able to include our specific requests in his performance. Later he played in our garden while guests mingled. The sound of Billy playing the bagpipes was an absolute joy and many of our friends (both Scots and English commented on the quality of his playing). Billy and his wife are a lovely couple, skilled at socialising without being over intrusive. We would highly recommend Billy to anyone who wanted to add something extra special to an already special occasion."

"We live in Vancouver, British Columbia and we wanted to surprise my father in law in Newcastle, UK for his 70th birthday. Right from the initial enquiry Colin was quick to respond and made the whole process of booking him simple. We were not there for the party, but we understand from relatives that Colin was the talk of the day as he was professional and ensured that there wasn't a dry eye in the house. "Wow! We secured Stevie to pipe at our wedding just a couple of weeks before the big day after seeing him at our venues’s open day and we are so glad we did. He made all the difference to our wedding day. Stevie was a big hit with our guests and even took requests. He really added to the atmosphere and enjoyment.
