"House of chords were absolutely brilliant! So incredibly well received by our guests, everyone said how much fun the evening reception had been with a great live band. They were really accommodating with learning 3 extra songs for us, they arrived at the venue promptly and their communication with us during the build up to the wedding was brilliant. Couldn’t fault them at all. Worth every penny. Highly recommend this band."

"Amazing party band Our band unfortunately had to cancel just two weeks before our wedding. A friend pointed us towards Big Day Revolution and we were put in touch with James who runs the music. He informed us that most of the musicians he deals with were already booked. However, he offered to put together a custom band by combining other musicians he knows. We told him our requirements, and he was able to assemble a band that matched our needs perfectly - both in terms of the type of music and the instruments played. He showed us some demos and assured us that the the band would be equally good. We trusted him, and they exceeded our expectations. We were able to choose all the songs we wanted, and on the night of the Wedding, one of my bridesmaids surprised me by singing a Tina Turner song with the band. They were a pleasure to have there, very polite and professional. The dance floor was never empty. James put my worried mind at ease with fast responses. Clearly, he cares about his clients, gives attention to detail and goes the extra mile to deliver what is needed to create a successful wedding. Katie and Andrew"

"We were absolutely blown away last night by the amazing Joe Doonan. Joe has an amazing voice that just captured everyone in the room. Not only that but he is such an approachable guy and a pleasure to be around. We could have listened to him all night. We have no problems in recommending Joe for any event and cannot wait for him to visit York again when we will most definetely be there to watch. Top top night, brilliant, amazing. "

"Lawrence's playing was the highlight of our day on the cruise and provided a very varied programme of music. His repertoire was all embracing and entertaining whilst we supped our wine! He readily offered to play requests and his improvisation just had to be heard. Thank you Lawrence."

"I would highly recommend booking Stephen for any event you are having. He recently played at my 30th birthday party and was absolutely brilliant! The party was great because of his two sets and everyone present thought he was great. He was brilliant at playing any requests people gave him. "Jess was incredible from beginning to end - she made the booking process so easy, was very responsive and made things straightforward; on the day itself she arrived promptly and was relaxed setting up, dressed stylishly; when it came to the performance she was absolutely excellent, exactly what I had hoped for and couldn't have asked for better. I could not recommend Jess more highly! "
