Review Centre: Pop Bands

"Where do I start? Well I wanted a band for my 50th Birthday Party. A band that would suit all ages, as 8-86 year olds present, along with a fair few teenagers.....and get everyone up and dancing and having fun. I had only seen a few videos online and read the reviews, so it felt like a gamble. But it wasn't at all and I couldn't have asked for more! They were perfect! And everyone did enjoy it, including the teenagers and everyone else. I had so many compliments about the band and people asking where I had found them etc. I really couldn't have been happier - well apart from the fact it was my birthday and I had to speak to everyone, so really would have liked more time dancing and enjoying the band myself! Kris is very charismatic and all the band got involved in the fun. The crowd loved it when they came off stage and played in amongst them dancing and Kris's moves and costume changes etc. Kris was easy to deal with, all communications acknowledged and responded to. I got to write the set list too, plus they provided a play list between their sets. There was really nothing to fault. I would highly recommended this band for a fantastic, full of fun and dancing party! THANK YOU ALL! "

"I booked Sticky Jack for our Hampshire hotel minibreak for 76 people. Gareth made booking simple, providing all the info requested in a fast efficient manner. The lads arrived punctually, setting up without disturbing our pre dinner drinks or meal. They tailored their music to exactly suit the age group. Every number was played & sung with solid sound & vocals, exactly like the original version. In a very short space of time they had everyone on the dance floor. By popular request, they played beyond the agreed time with a much applauded oncore. A great evening, enjoyed by all."

"We wanted to say a huge THANK YOU for the brilliant music at our wedding! You were consummate professionals and had an amazing energy on the stage – as well as being great musicians of course – and kept the dance floor packed with happy bodies all night. We all had the best time! Nearly everyone I spoke to made a point of saying what a great band you were, and I was definitely torn between talking to people and just dancing the night away (actually leaning more to the latter…!). "Back on Track have performed twice with us at The National and have been absolutely brilliant both times, always very polite and professional. They engage with the crowd really well and seem to enjoy themselves just as much as the audience does. Both have great voices and work excellently as a duo, everyone I spoke to after their performances asked me when they were coming back! And we hope to have them back as soon as we can."

"My wife and I had TIDE play at our wedding at Notley Abbey a few weeks ago and they were amazing! They ensured their setting up and sound checks worked around our schedule and prior to the big day were really pro-active in getting in contact with us to make sure everything was in place. On the day we had them play 3 x 40 minute sets with DJ'ing in between - and what a difference the live band had on our night! For every second they played we had a packed dance floor which is exactly what we were hoping for. Great songs, super energy, an amazing performance and we can't thank them enough for playing a few extras at the end of the night to the baying crowd who could have been there for hours more! Thanks again guys for making our wedding so memorable. "
