"On the occasion of my Father's 75th Birthday Celebrations, I was looking for a live band that could perform music of his era when growing up. I could not have asked for better. I viewed The Cats Whiskers video on line and sent an enquiry via email. They quickly responded to my enquiry and we spoke and I felt that this was the band to choose. I wasn't wrong. Last night we enjoyed a wonderful evening of music which everyone present could remember and recall. A truly amazing evening was enjoyed by everyone and this was in no small way due to the professional approach and musical knowledge of this amazing group of wonderful musicians- A huge thanks to you all and will certainly book them again for future events Keep up the wonderful melodies !!!"

" Just wanted to email to say a huge thank u for the amazing entertainment you provided at my 40th party. You were so fantastic and entertained everyone so well. You professionally arrived, set up and read the crowd during the evening brilliantly. I have received so many lovely comments about how amazing you were and how my friends haven’t danced so much in years!! A few friends were very achy the next day from exerting themselves on the dance floor!! The other thing I wanted to say a huge thank you for, was being so kind to my boys, especially Freddie. You made his year by letting him put his guitar near yours on a stand and for letting him join in. He hasn’t stopped grinning since the party. It was a very special moment for me and my friends to watch him playing with you. Thank you so much for allowing him to join in. It made the evening so memorable. The playlist you chose and played worked so well and allowed myself and my guests to have one of the best evenings I can remember. "Thanks guys for creating the atmosphere at the party last week. It was such a difference to have some great quality live music which was both tasteful and sensitive enough to chat over but lively so that people got up and had a dance. Lots of my friends have been asking for more information about The Blue Suede Shoes and I’ll need you to keep the same date next year free so that you can play for me again!"

"I was so glad that we decided to book the House of Chords for our wedding celebrations. They could not have been more helpful and co-operative in the weeks of planning and preparation. On the day itself they turned up, sorted themselves out and were completely charming. The repertoire of songs was excellent; an eclectic mix of great songs that were enjoyed by all generations. There were so many positive comments from parents, grandparents, even our teenage son who is seriously into his music. They really helped to make our day memorable and very special."

"They are a very talented group of musicians and I feel very lucky to have had them play at my party. We have had so many comments from our friends saying how much they enjoyed the music and what a brilliant singer Sam is. He was also very friendly and responsive to the audience and I didn’t expect him to sing Happy Birthday to me! "
