"We just wanted to email to thank the guys for being amazing on our wedding day! So many of our guests have commented saying how great they were and that they got the party started straight away. They loved that they could just request their own songs and everyone has said the atmosphere was nothing like they had seen before at a wedding that early on in the day. "The Shakesters played at The Departure Lounge cafe for the cafes’ 10th anniversary and it couldn’t have been a better choice of bands. The weather was not on our side but the band managed to get everyone dancing and keep the atmosphere lively and fun. They have a unique style which fits the cafe perfectly. We’ll definitely be keeping the band in our minds for any future events."

"We booked Britpop United for our wedding having seen them at a number of different gigs. These chaps are superb, can whip up a crowd, and are versatile enough to mix it up. The evening of our wedding was turned into a party by Adam and the guys- exactly what we wanted. Absolutely brilliant quality and range- made our evening.
