"The band played at Jeremys boathouse, brighouse for my boyfriends 30th suprise birthday party. What can I say... Really friendly group and very personable going above and beyond and getting my boyfriend involved and up on stage ! Great singers/musicians with a fab selection of music enjoyed by all age groups at the party...the floor was filled. Thanks so much guys for making the night one to remember! Xxx"

You were absolute quality in both your singing and playing and on top of that a wonderful example of generosity when you carried on playing because events overran by almost 30 minutes yet you kept smiling and playing, and told us not to worry. "The Leathernecks played our wedding on Saturday and absolutely blew everyone away. They had the dance floor full for the entirety of both sets & had the crowd chanting for more afterwards. The venue owner commented that they were the best wedding band she had seen & took their card and one of our friends who is getting married next year has already said she is going to book them for her wedding too. A great set of lads that have brilliant energy from start to finish. Nick was great at communicating prior to the event. I would highly recommend them and encourage you to book - you will not be disappointed!"

"Had two steel drum players, they were brilliant, created an amazing atmosphere at the high rocks in Tunbridge wells for my sisters wedding. The sun was shining it was fabulous and everyone commented on them. "Thank you so so much for playing at our wedding James! You were everything we could have asked for and more! From the moment we first heard your music, we knew that we needed to have you perform at our wedding. Your performances during the ceremony and the reception were perfect! The entrance music was incredible as well as the music played during the signing and exit music. During the reception, your cover of Dancing in the Moonlight was perfect and you continue by performing some incredible covers during the reception! Thank you so much for helping make this the best day of our lives!"

They nail everything from Pop, Rock, Jazz, Latin, Soul, Disco, Funk, Motown, Brazilian, Cuban, Spanish, Reggae and many more. I hire B & The Hornets several times per month and I will strongly recommend them, without hesitation, for any private event, wedding or celebration. "

"Martin was exceptional! I could not have asked for a better musician to play at my grandparents diamond wedding anniversary! So friendly and easy to communicate with. "Well, what can we say... we certainly made the right choice in choosing Yazzy to sing for us, she was truly amazing! Our wedding on 9th April 2026 would not have been the same without her beautiful voice filling the venue. We booked Yazzy to sing for our guest arrival, for our ceremony and for our drinks reception. I had the cheeky idea to come down the aisle to the Rae song 'Where is my Husband'. Yazzy was not phased by this at all, she sorted an arrangement that fitted the timing of my decent down the staircase and the right moment for her to say 'Your husband is coming' for my fiance to walk down the aisle to collect me. It all worked perfectly and set the relaxed tone for the ceremony that we wanted. So many of our guests commented on how fabulous Yazzy was, such a beautiful versatile voice and such a bubbly friendly person. Her last song was a sing along of John Denver's 'Country Roads' which was a fun addition and again kept everyone chatty and relaxed. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Yazzy to sing at your wedding or indeed any event."

"James performed for us on our wedding day, and was simply amazing. He covered many of our favourite songs during our wedding ceremony and drinks reception and helped create such a wonderful atmosphere. His performance was great, as was the opinion of a lot of guests who complimented James that day! He was also really friendly and easy to work with which was really appreciated considering all of the planning involved! Thanks James for contributing to our wedding with your amazing music!
