"Absolutely fantastic from start to finish! James contacted us before the big day to discuss our music choices for both the live and dj sets. The guys were just great; professional, but created such a fun and happy atmosphere. Everyone absolutely loved them and have said how brilliant they were. Certainly made our evening reception even more amazing and we are so grateful! Thanks so much guys, especially James. We would definitely recommend Big Day Revolution for any Wedding/ Party! Awesome! "We had DJ Karl Joseph for our wedding in June of 2021 and he provided all around excellent experience. There was a lot of uncertainty around the booking at the time due to COVID regulations changing, but through it all DJ Karl Joseph was very flexible, discussing what he would do in a number of scenarios to put us at ease. On the day he was excellent, taking a playlist we had built and adding to it based on the mood of the guests. As a side note he also took some great action photos! Not only would we highly recommend him, but a number of our guests commented on how good he was. Thanks DJ Karl Joseph! "

"Fantastic band - you need to book them! We're so glad we booked Big Day Revolution for our evening reception. Their sound is top quality and have a huge repertoire list to choose from. They even learnt a new song especially for our first dance. Not only did we love the band but our guests did too. The dance floor was never empty! Communication from James (drummer and manager) was excellent. We honestly can't recommend this band enough - if you're considering booking, just do it!"

"Rob sang at our wedding and he was absolutely brilliant. We had so many comments about his brilliant voice and great choice of songs. One of our guests even asked for his contact details, which we shall pass on. Rob was incredibly professional and genuinely a really nice guy and we are so pleased that we hired him for our wedding, he really did add something special. Please pass on our thanks to him!! "DJ Karl Joseph provided the music for our wedding at Crewe Hall in Cheshire on the 5th January 2019, not only for the evening reception but for the wedding ceremony, drinks receptions and Wedding Breakfast all of which were in different challenging locations within Crewe Hall. The sound was crystal clear though DJ Karl Joseph's state-of-the-art equipment, we had requested String Quartet Music during the ceremony and drinks reception, a selection of easy listening Jazz during the Wedding Breakfast and let DJ Karl Joseph do his thing in the evening with very little guidance which was fantastic. DJ Karl Joseph adapted his selection to wedding Guests selections, was punctual, and professional and his in-depth knowledge of music appropriate to the different parts of the day and to work the crowd was perfect. I can't recommend him highly enough. Look no further you have found your DJ !!! Get him booked now, as he is rightly, in high demand !!! "

"Please thank Rob from the bottom of our hearts…he was absolutely FANTASTIC and our guests loved him! We never ever expected he could be that good and have since been asked where he is from. He was brilliant. He even moved outside, then back in, to accommodate guests and weather changes. We honestly cannot thank him enough nor rate him high enough. "DJ SAMMY B with OM on guitar have performed at both Solfest and at Cumbria Playing for Change festivals; as a promoter I find them professional, reliable, understanding and excellent to work with. As performers they can be relied upon to bring something special to the stage; Om's fabulous guitar work along with Sam's great drumming and some driving electronic backing keeps the dancefloor moving all the time, and the audience always love them. Great act!"

"I just want to say how brilliant Rob was at our wedding. We got married on the 30th of December (a bit late with the review) but he was outstanding. He played all the songs we wanted and by request, he even learned a few songs by lesser-known Irish bands which was very impressive. I couldn't rate him highly enough."

"Absolutely first class! Chris and Olly managed to transform our bare, run down marquee into an inviting, charming place for our Great Gatsby Ball. Chris worked alongside us helping with ideas and suggestions and was on hand for site visits and available to talk through the plans whenever we needed. Everyone who attended couldn't believe the transformation and amazing atmosphere all the lighting and sound helped to create. We will definitely be working with Core Events again in the future and couldn't recommend them highly enough."

"I just wanted to drop you a quick note to formally say ‘thank-you’ for playing at our wedding at Ettington Park on March 19th. Having returned from our honeymoon and had a chance to catch up with people, so many people have made mention of the band. Quite simply, you were awesome! You really got everyone up dancing and, although we weren’t certain all of our guests would appreciate the swing music that Jo and I love, you were so good I think you managed to fill the dance floor throughout the night. Thank-you especially for playing Mr Bojangles – our favourite song, and a real highlight for us. We only wish we could have recorded the entire set to listen to again, or even better do it all over again tomorrow! We would certainly recommend you to anyone, and please feel free to use us on the recommendations page on your website. Thank-you once again, and we’ll hopefully see you again soon."

"Kirsty was the perfect DJ for my 50th birthday house party. From the moment we face timed to chat music and party vibes we clicked and she was brilliant at knowing just what I wanted, and reading the room on the night so that everyone was on their feet and loving it. Very memorable. It was like having my best friend on the decks"
