"DJ Karl Joseph just performed with us (Great Events) at a corporate party for 370 guests and smashed it! He was communicative and helpful in the lead-up and was one of the earliest subcontractors to arrive, setting up well in time. The music he played was very appropriate with a limited brief. His interaction with the guests was perfect and he was a pleasure to deal with throughout the evening - no stress, perfect performance. Thanks DJ Karl Joseph! Until next time "

"Incredible Big Day Revolution played at our wedding last weekend and were incredible. The vibe they created was amazing and the dance floor was genuinely never empty for a minute. James- drummer and DJ is a great bloke. He kept in contact with us in the build up to the wedding to make sure he knew exactly the kind of music we'd like on the evening. The band are exceptional and have helped us to create the most amazing wedding party memories. We highly, highly recommend and are very grateful for a fantastic party!"

"Big Day Revolution played at our wedding in September 2024 and were fantastic! James was excellent to deal with, always quick to respond and very flexible in the approach. We shared a playlist for the DJ part of the night to give James an idea of the music we and our guests like. The dance floor was literally never empty (we even had people dancing before the first dance when the band were just sound checking). From that moment until 1am, the dance floor was never empty - which was exactly what we wanted! We had 2 band sets, 1 set with DJ and sax and then 2 DJ sets and they created a fantastic vibe! We can't thank them enough for playing their part in making our big day just incredible! We've had so many messages from our guests and they all comment on how great the music was! Thank you all again x"

"Good morning Wendy, Just a quick message to say thank you for coming out to deepest Somerset to play for us. We all really enjoyed your playing and it was great to see live music. I know there was some reluctance from people to get out on the dance floor but I had loads of guests come up to me and say how brilliant they thought the music was and how much they enjoyed it. So even if they were not out on the floor they were all listening and those comments came from all ages old and young. So once again thank you and I hope your journey back was quick and easy. "Joel played at our garden party last Saturday afternoon and was absolutely incredible! He is so talented and played a great set of songs. All of our family and friends have been saying how good he was and how much they enjoyed listening to him. Joel was on time, super friendly and really easy going. I would 100% recommend Joel, he’s brilliant! "

"Mitch was great. We wanted to stay away from the traditional cheesy wedding DJ, so booked Mitch as a live DJ set. The drums added a great dynamic and Mitch was accommodating from the start. We got a call to discuss exactly what kind of music we wanted and he delivered. Mitch is responsive, arrived promptly and was great value for money. Thanks for being part of our day!"

"Delighted by the service from James at Basement Hire. Wanted lights and sound for my wife's 60th birthday party in a local Tithe Barn and James sorted us out some brilliant kit and came and set up a splendid arrangement with the minimum of fuss and at a time to suit us. Ditto collection after the party. Very easy to deal with for pre order queries and advice and also kindly collected a mirror ball for us from another supplier. The farmer who owns the barn said it was the best party he'd seen there in the 5 years they'd been operating and this due in no small part to the lights and sound (and of course the partygoers!)."
