"We ran several monthly quiz nights with disco music at the beginning of the year. The attendance was low but all had a good time. We offered free tea or coffee and snacks to raise money for charity. A nice hall with its own P.A. system."

"From the very first song, Club Max had the dance floor full. It felt like being transported to a world-class Ibiza club, only curated just for our wedding. The combination of live sax, percussion, and vocals layered over the DJ created an atmosphere that was completely immersive. Booking through Fix The Music was seamless—the communication was spot-on and everything ran effortlessly from start to finish."

"Dj nostalgia was fantastic, the dance floor was full all night! Besides when we were eating haha. The music was great! Thank you so much, it was such an amazing party! Highly recommend him. We had a big variety of music taste and different ages so it was a hard crowd to work with but he managed our expectations and requests very well. And I must say he was teaching us a few moves on the dance floor. Thank you again."

" booked Nick to play for a private party for my wife. His communication is excellent. I never had any doubts that he misunderstood the brief, date, time etc. He turned up early and got set up very quickly. Absolutely, one of the most easiest people to deal with when you are getting stressed with all the other details. Fantastic night and he even managed to get my singing voice to sound OK during some impromptu karaoke. I suspect he turned the mike off and just played the Elvis track instead ;) If I was to book another disco night, maybe even with karaoke, Nick would be my first choice. Total gent and just made our night run perfectly. Thank you Nick."

"Kirsty is absolutely fantastic! As well as being a super easygoing, lovely person, she built a custom setlist based on our music choices, kindly created a special mix for our first dance, and even threw in some vinyl versions of special songs (yes, a vinyl DJ!), which was incredibly special. The lighting setup was also fantastic and exceeded all expectation, and the sound system was high quality and faultless. Kirsty brought so much passion and everyone had an amazing night (some even pleaded for more when it came to an end because they'd enjoyed the set so much...!) Kirsty was generous with her time ahead of the day, super accommodating of special requests, was lovely to work with and has buckets of talent. We can’t fault her or recommend her highly enough! "

"Very friendly, and does a fab job! DJ Karl Joseph was fab from the beginning. The whole booking process is very easygoing and relaxed. On the evening of our wedding, he turned up on time, set up his equipment and got the party going! DJ Karl Joseph will go above and beyond with any requests, photos etc. He genuinely looked like he enjoyed his night as much as our guests did! Thank you! "

"If you’re looking for a DJ who does more than just play music, look no further. We booked him for our work event and he absolutely made the night. From the moment he started, his energy was infectious and the crowd was hooked. He has an incredible ability to read the room and adjust the music perfectly, whether people wanted to dance, sing along, or just vibe. Every transition felt natural and the playlist kept everyone engaged from start to finish. What really sets him apart is how interactive he is with the crowd. He doesn’t just stand behind the decks, he becomes part of the event. His speed quizzes were one of the highlights of the night. They were hilarious, fast paced, and had everyone laughing and competing, even people who normally stay quiet at work events. It brought the whole room together and created such a fun atmosphere. Professionally run, entertaining, and genuinely talented, he turned our event into something memorable rather than just another function. If you want a DJ who knows how to entertain, connect with people, and keep the energy high, I can’t recommend him enough. We’ll definitely be booking him again."

"We booked Phil as a DJ and saxophonist for our wedding. He was so easy to work with and was there for us every step of the way for anything we needed! His song selection was top-notch, and the way that he worked our requests into the night had everyone dancing from start to finish. We chose to keep the sax as a surprise for our guests, so when he came out onto the dancefloor with it everyone went crazy! Memories were made and we're so glad we chose to book him!"
