"Thank you to our wonderful Pianist, Michael who did a terrific job at our wedding reception. The Jazz music he played added to the relaxed and cheerful atmosphere we were hoping for. It was such a special day and every one of our guests enjoyed themselves tremendously! "

From going with the flow of the timings of the day, to such positivity and beautiful vocals and music making, to making my grandma feel special having a nice chat about Northumberland, it felt like we had some friends along to our wedding to play for us. "Dave travelled from Bristol to stoke one evening for my hen party. My maid of honour arranged it all after I gave her Dave’s info as he is going to be playing at our wedding. He even stayed an did an extra set for us as he was so good. The vibe was amazing and he did so many different songs/ genres that suited everybody. Thank you so much and cannot wait to see you perform on the big day in June"

"I booked Will to play at our BBQ party in May and what a good decision that was! Will is not only a seriously talented musician, but also really good company and very focussed on ensuring the guests are kept entertained. When it began to rain, he didn’t bat an eyelid and merely moved his equipment to a more sheltered spot in a moment and returned to playing immediately. Will is very personable and interacted very professionally with the guests who marvelled at his talent. I would have no hesitation in recommending him for any event, large or small."

"What a lovely man! We heard Stuart play for the first time at a wedding fayre at our venue and we just loved it! Unfortunately, we had to postpone our wedding day twice and on Friday we were 3rd time lucky! Stuart was so understanding and accommodating and even said if he couldn’t accommodate our new date, he would give us a full refund! Stuart was such a joy to listen to, talk to and all of our guests thought he played beautifully, he was a big part of our day and we definitely recommend him! Thank you Stuart Best Wishes, "

"The Northern Reel Collective played at the evening reception for my wedding on 30/03/2018. They were brilliant, and my guests were singing their praises. Quite a few guests had not ceilidh danced before, but nearly everyone had a go and enjoyed themselves. The well-practised Scottish contingent also enjoyed the music and dancing. My seven-year-old cousins are still talking about the dancing and what fun they had. Even the groom's 90-year-old granny was able to dance one of the slower dances. Michael did the calling on the day, giving clear instructions for people to follow; he was also great to deal with in the booking process. I can’t recommend them highly enough! Thanks, guys!"
