"It was a total surprise when you appeared at Balmoral Hotel where I was staying and played me 'happy birthday' followed by some lovely fast tunes. So thankful for my family booking you. "We cannot honestly thank you two enough for the beautiful performances on saturday and Sunday. You read the mood perfectly and sang towards it. It was your beautiful music and voices which really set the romantic mood of our wedding and it was truly an experience we will never ever forget. "Booked Naomi to perform over zoom for my wife's 26th birthday. With it being lockdown in Scotland and not having many options, I thought it would be a lovely surprise for her to have a talented musician play a few of her favourite songs. I gave Naomi a list of a few special songs that she could play for us and without complaint or hesitation she was more than happy to play them for us. From the moment I made contact to the day of the performance everything was just perfection. My wife loved it as did I, she is still buzzing that Naomi played all her favourite songs on violin. Cannot recommend Naomi highly enough. She played beautifully. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Utterly splendid. Perfection. "

"I first encountered The Tuning Forks fairly recently, at a 200 capacity independent venue in the Strathbungo area of Glasgow. I was there as House Audio Tech and it was one of those nights where before the soundcheck had even commenced, I had a sense that something pretty special was about to happen. The individual tones they delivered during soundcheck were staggeringly rich and I knew that once the faders were at unity and the ensemble played as a unit that my initial instinct had to be correct. I was NOT prepared for the emotive, playful and dare I say, danceable set which we were treated to. Like an organism made of limbs that mostly supported each other without obstruction, ego or flashiness, but with occasional forays into wild and feral territories; always as a unit and simultaneously bubbling like a pot on the stage with sudden bursts of joyous phrase manipulation or flurries of individual hyper-expression that always teased and never outstayed their welcome. I was left shellshocked and almost lost for words immediately following their performance. Frivolity, lullabying, romance, questing, struggle, sadness, ecstasy and introspection seemed to come like waves from the stage but, the overall feeling was that the explorations I was witness to were a fun and gentle love letter to the magic of the life experience. In summation… There are very few artists that inspire me to lower my inhibitions enough to literally ASK to work with them again as soon as possible… but that’s exactly what was called for!"

"Luigi was a great fit for our pre ceremony drinks as well as a few acoustic interludes throughout the actual ceremony. It was a busy noisy crowded venue but he didn’t mind just being background. We chatted in advance and he was helpful with suggestions for the musical interludes. Friendly, professional and relaxed. Could ask for no more!! "

"Becca thank you so much for going to the trouble of attending our wedding in that stormy weather and playing so well. All the guests really enjoyed it. My grandparents particularly had a dance to a few of the slower songs at the beginning (the videos we have will be a treasured memory) and you played beautifully along to our first dance also. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Becca - you added a wonderful sophistication to our special day."

"Antony played at our wedding ceremony in July of 2018 at Mitton Hall. We were searching for someone who could take electronic dance songs and translate them into music suitable for a wedding ceremony. Antony did an amazing job. Many of our guests commented on how good the ceremony music was. Antony was able to adjust to the timings of the day and created a wonderful atmosphere. So much so, that one of our close friends asked Antony to play at his wedding the following year. We were amazed with how accommodating Antony was, helping us find the right piano, producing recordings for our wedding video and being early on the day to make sure everything was ready to go. Highly recommended. True artist."

"Having booked Danny to perform on several occasions, from the intimacy of a house gig to playing at a £15M entertainment venue, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone wishing to book him to play for them. A great vocalist, guitarist and songwriter, Danny has an incredibly friendly and humorous persona that is appreciated by everyone that sees him. He is an immensely talented young man and I will be looking to secure his services once again in the very near future. "

"Cannot recommend Matt enough! He played during our welcome, ceremony and wedding breakfast as wel as the drinks reception following the ceremony. The day would not have been the same without him! the music choices were just perfect and that was all down to Matt. We received so many compliments from our wedding guests at how amazing he was and it really made the day perfect. Matt himself is a lovely guy and the whole process of booking was so easy and stress free! thank you so much Matt!"
