Review Centre: Bands with DJ's

"We booked Radio Dukes for our wedding back in June, and it was so refreshing to deal directly with a band! Mitch was really friendly, helpful and responsive from the beginning. We booked quite late in the day (our engagement to wedding process was only 5 months long!) but Radio Dukes certainly delivered on the night, playing a number of songs we’d specially requested, Reef: Place Your Hands, complete with a couple of lyrics changes so it became first dance material :) Red hot chilli peppers: Can’t Stop, which everybody loved. And not forgetting B52s: Love Shack which our friend and female vocalist got involved with, thank you! The dance floor was full all night, with something for everyone, from grandparents to work colleagues, to friends on space hoppers. We’ve had so many compliments since, so thank you Radio Dukes for your fantastic music! May you have a joyful, gig-filled 2019! X "

"The singer that came was absolutely fantastic and knew how to work the crowd, so much so that everyone was aching the next day due to the fact that they didn’t want to leave the dance floor with the great songs that she kept singing!!"

"Our planned wedding band let us down last minute, got in touch with Rowan with only a week to spare and he got the band together in a short space of time and did an excellent job, no doubt a better choice than the original ceilidh band we chose! My parents especially kept saying how much they loved the music."

"I honestly can't recommend these guys enough, support helpful and supportive in the lead up to everything and then when they actually started playing, amazing! Interacted with all of our guests and absolutely smashed it. The band were amazing, I promise you, you will love having these guys as part of your big day just like we did."

"Friendly and hugely entertaining. Elephant in the Room really made my parents 40th wedding anniversary memorable. They were hugely entertaining and had the dance floor packed by the end. They were also extremely accommodating and fit around our surprise party evening incredibly. Thoroughly recommend them."

"Where to even start?! WOW! We’re honestly all still buzzing! What a night we all had on Saturday! Honestly, it was so, so special for us and you guys were the biggest part of that. I knew you were going to be amazing but you were amazing AND THEN SOME! It’s so lovely to hear that you were all loving life too – that means a lot! I just can’t thank you enough personally for all of your help and advice in the lead up to the party – you’ve been so helpful, accommodating and reassuring the whole time and just been so nice to be in touch with! It’s been such a pleasure! And again on the day you were a complete star and took so much work away from us as we literally didn’t have to worry about you guys – you had it all in hand, even the clearing up – naughty! Haha! Please pass on our sincere thanks to Dale and the whole band who are all so super talented, and so super fun! They absolutely made our night! I had high expectations and they smashed them! I have to give a shout out to our singers, I mean how incredible were they?! So much charisma and sass- I think I’m actually obsessed with them haha! Not forgetting the Swing Singer and Quartet you also provided. Amazing! Thanks for making it such a special night for us and our guests – you knocked all of our socks off! We will absolutely be recommending you to anyone and everyone and wouldn’t hesitate to book you guys again for any future event that we’re having. You should all be so proud of the overall package you provide as a band – it’s unique and it’s special. THANK YOU for everything. "I hired Stereo Jacks for my mums 40th Birthday party recently. They were great. They turned up on time with all their sound system and lighting and were really polite and fun to have at our event. The music was perfect for both my mum and my friends. "
