"5 stars doesn’t seem enough! When my husband and I got married in 2019 it was the best day of our lives, and Karizma were a HUGE part of that. From the get go they were attentive and took our requests into account. They had a massive playlist so we knew our music tastes would be catered to! They even learned a song that wasn’t on their playlist for our first dance, which their lead singer, Talisha, sang beautifully. Karizma performed an acoustic set during our reception drinks, so our guests could enjoy listening while we went and had our photos taken - we did catch moments of this though, and it was wonderful - really setting the atmosphere. When it came to the evening - our guests were blown away! The band have such insane levels of energy, it was infectious. I didn’t want to leave the dance floor, I don’t think anyone did! I would beg people to get my drinks for me so I didn’t miss a single song! I don’t think there enough words to do justice to how absolutely fantastic Karizma are. I can’t give a praise that would be high enough. If you’re looking for a wedding band, you’ve found them. It’ll be the best decision you make. Thank you Karizma ❤️"

"We could not have asked for or trusted a better band to keep the moment going all night. The bands energy and professionalism, combined with Talisha's amazing voice made for a brilliant evening with everyone dancing. You performed exquisitely and all our guests have commented on how fabulous you were (including the staff at the reception venue). We are so grateful that we managed to book you as you were our number one choice, and you did not disappoint. You made the whole process easy and gave us confidence in you to work the room as you saw fit, making sure everyone enjoyed every minute. We cannot recommend you enough."

"Our annual Christmas ball in Preston was a standout success, thanks to The Misfit Makers. Their setlist was tailored perfectly to our event, seamlessly blending classics with contemporary favorites. The band’s chemistry and enthusiasm were contagious, creating an incredible atmosphere from start to finish. Their attention to detail—like adjusting the volume for speeches and announcements—was much appreciated. They are now our go-to band for all future events!"

"Fantastic band who really got the wedding party going. Everything pre wedding was arranged smoothly and plenty of scope to choose songs from the provided playlist. The guys turned up on time and mixed well with the guests before and after sets. Music and vocals were excellent and everyone felt they went out of their way to make it a special day for Julia and me, as well as our family and friends. Would highly recommend! "

"The band were absolutely 10/10. We hired ‘The Marvellous Motown Souls’ (10 piece) for our wedding. My goodness, this band are awesome! They were first class from start to finish. The communication from James when planning was outstanding. They learnt multiple additional songs at a request without additional charge. They even accommodated my terrible singing on stage for one song. Our venue commented on how polite and helpful the band were when they were setting up their equipment and instruments. The full and polished sound they produce is quite simply First Class. Our dance floor was packed from start to finish. So many of our guests have commented on how fantastic the band were. Guys you really made our wedding reception super special and we are so very grateful to you. If you are searching for a wedding band then you really can’t do any better than The Marvellous Motown Souls."

"Lakeside booked Starlet Beat on the recommendation of friends who had seen them perform locally. The recommendation was more than justified...these girls are dynamite! They supported our comedy act in style and the audience were up on their feet immediately. Good looks, great musicianship and highly entertaining... ROCK ON GIRLS!"

"I hired W4s for my husbands surprise birthday party. The Band were fantastic, the dance floor was full all night with all ages enjoying the music.They covered a great selection of music and gave the party a great atmosphere. I would recommendthis band for any special occasion. I booked the band then had to move the date, they were so accomodating and the communication was great, I knew what was expected and needed for it to be a great night. 5* Band and this was agreed by all the guests"

"I just wanted to say thank you very much to After Dark for playing at our wedding party last Saturday. It was great to have some live music and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves - there was some very energetic dancing! So much for not having a first dance - we had to take to the floor first to encourage everyone! The song choices were perfect."
