"Motown Memories were better than we could ever have imagined. They got everyone on the dance floor, dancing until our feet were hurting, all guests commented on how amazing the band were. Their song choices were perfect, Ione has a phenomenal voice and got the crowd going throughout. Thank you so so much for being part of our special day."

Rebecca brought fantastic energy to the evening and it was a joy to have them play for us. "Kevin, Booke and the band were engaging, energetic and excellently executed every song performed. As a couple, our music taste is relatively contemporary and we felt through Funk Royale, we could have crowd pleasers to involve our family and friends, performed in wonderfully unique ways! They really delivered! We had so many positive comments about how unique the band was! To top it off, they created a musical medley for our first dance! Outstanding. "

"I am trying to find words to enlarge on what I already said to you each today. I used sentences like ‘ more than professional’. ‘ greater than superb’ ‘ totally amazing’. Yes, you each are astonishing!!!! Somebody should invent a word that means extremely higher than professional, for you each need to be placed in that category."

"We booked Swing Your Soul for our Eurotunnel staff event to celebrate our 25th birthday with the theme “Si français”, the brief was to lay on something special and boy did they deliver! Right from the kick-off, the dance floor was full; we had never seen anything like it! Their mix of genres meant that there was something for everyone and we had fantastic feedback from our staff and their friends/family who attended the event. They created a fabulous atmosphere and helped to make it a truly memorable evening which we will be talking about for the next 25 years! We would recommend them with no hesitation and will definitely be looking for an excuse to book them for our next event."

"Hi Chris, I talked with you after my party on the night. But I want to say again, how amazing, brilliant, fantastic you and your band are (sorry I can’t remember their names). The evening was a great success because of you, I don’t think I’ve been to a party where so many people have danced so much. The way you blended the 20s to 40s music was seamless, excellently done. I and all my guests throughly enjoyed the evening, I’ve heard nothing but brilliant comments about you all, we had a fantastic night, and I hope you enjoyed it as much as we did. "On behalf of Charlotte and I, I would like to say a big thank you to you and the rest of your team who played at our wedding. The day was already absolutely perfect, but arriving into the Olympia suite to the sight and sound of The MB Band just made the day! We were late to arriving to the evening reception (a brides prerogative…!) but that was no problem to the band who adapted to the time change perfectly. The music was unbelievable and the second set especially when all the guests had warmed up, had everyone on their feet dancing the night away! I will absolutely be recommending The MB Band to everyone I know for any occasion and certainly hope to use you again for the next of our special occasions. Thank you again!"

We only wish we’d had more of a chance to dance while you were playing, as the evening flew by so quickly. And a special thank you for backing our friends for “My Girl” at such short notice.
