Ollie has a fantastic voice and is an extremely talented musician. "Review: From start to finish we have nothing but praise for The Krakens. Chris was quick to respond to my enquiry looking for a band to play at a 30th birthday party and kept in touch from then on. We were sent a varied list of songs to choose from; a mix of rock/pop both modern and classic. Once the booking was confirmed they asked us if there was anything we wanted added to the list and they would learn them for the evening! On the night the band turned up on time, and set up (and packed up) without any bother. Their performance was totally satisfactory, two excellent one-hour sets which included our requested numbers. Everyone agreed that The Krakens were a friendly, “tight” band that performed with confidence and professionalism which made our night that bit special. Would definitely recommend them!"

"We just wanted to email to say thank you to Jon for playing our wedding at Bury Lodge. He was absolutely amazing and really made our wedding perfect. Jon was great playing the ceremony and our reception drinks - my one regret is that we didn't book him for the wedding breakfast as well."

"We couldn't have asked for a better singer and guitarist for my boyfriend's 30th! He was absolutely amazing and captured the atmosphere of the room so perfectly. He took on board everything I had briefed him on, especially the kind of music my boyfriend loves, and chose songs that fit the occasion perfectly. He was a pleasure to work with from start to finish - incredibly professional, responsive, reliable and, above all, such a lovely person. He really helped make the evening so special, and we couldn't recommend him highly enough!"

"We had a garden party recently, where John played a mixture of tunes for three hours. Everyone loved his playing, and he created a great atmosphere with his professional presentation. We will definitely ask John back again in the future. The accordion is a superb instrument to listen to, and extremely atmospheric. "

"Michael was amazing. From first booking all the way until the wedding day, he was always available via a message, and he even made the time for a video call. His performance was faultless and he actually learned a totally new song for my wedding. If you are looking for a pianist for your wedding or any special occasion, Michael is your man without a doubt. "

"Ian made my mum’s birthday party really special. He’s a great singer and a kind, professional and friendly individual. Everyone loved the mix of songs he performed, we were all up dancing and my 90 year old mum even managed a few steps on the dance floor at the end! I was amazed at how well he was able to adapt his set up to my sister’s living room! Brilliant! Definitely worth booking."
