"Neil, what can I say, OMG, you were absolutely fantastic! You made my night so perfect, everyone and I mean everyone said to me that you were brilliant, they could hear you in the library perfectly. My sister (who is the actress among us) said you were amazing, we had a full dance floor all night, your voice makes me melt, I must see you again. I want to book into the Quay Spa to see you do a longer stint, you are a great singer and lovely person, hope we meet again. Once again Neil thank you, thank you. All the best in everything you do."

"The Cheers performed at our wedding in August 2021. They were absolutely fantastic and everyone had a brilliant time dancing. The acoustic duo were brilliant too. We couldn’t have wished for a better evening. Ben was great over the last 18 months especially as we had to delay twice but he was very reassuring and we managed to get the day we always wanted in the end. I would highly recommend The Cheers"

"I am the Chair of the French Circle at the National Liberal Club. On July 15, 2025, the club hosted it's first Bastille Black Tie Dinner. It was a highly anticipated event which brought leaders in business, diplomacy and prestigious institutions across the Franco-British spectrum. This happened a few days after the highly publicised state visit of President Emmanuel Macron to the UK. I needed someone to sing La Marseillaise at the dinner and I could not afford to get it wrong considering what was at stake. The club hired Livi and she delivered exactly as expected in a high profile event. Everyone stood up when she started singing a pitch-perfect Marseillaise for a Bastille Day that is now referenced as one of the great Franco-British moments in the NLC's history book."

"A big thank you to you and your fellow musicians in the It's No' Reel Scottish Ceilidh Band for making our retirement ceilidh a really memorable night. We were so pleased that we chose you, thanks really to your excellent website. You were thoroughly professional in your approach and from our first e-mail communications we got a sense of reassurance - even although we had never heard you play live. We were also pleased that we chose to have a second fiddle - that gave such a wonderful sound. A friend & I were putting finishing touches to things in the foyer while you were tuning up. You then started to play, we looked at each other, both gave a spontaneous 'thumbs up' and big smiles - we knew then that it was going to be a great night! We know from our friends and family that they all did have a great night and you were the most talked about part of the whole evening. I just wish we could do it all again so we could get more time to sit and listen to your music - it all went by in a bit of a blur for Greg & I. Apart from comments on your professionalism, the quality of your playing and the fact that you got the sound level just right - many people told us how much they enjoyed listening to what you played between the dance tunes. We did not need the disco playlist after all! I just hope that we are able to hear you play live again! Thanks once more to you all, you made our special night even more special. We would recommend you to anyone looking for a band for a special event - we could not have asked for more. Thank goodness you were free on the 27th!!"
