"Lizzy played at our son’s wedding a few days ago and it was absolutely fabulous. Hearing the harp music whilst waiting for the bride and again as the ceremony concluded added a real elegant touch to the day. My son and new wife particularly liked it when Lizzy played their special song as the ceremony was coming to a close. A special mention to the fact that we had to postpone the wedding by a whole year due to Covid restrictions but everything ran smoothly despite that. We would definitely recommend Lizzy to anybody thinking of booking a harpist, worth every single penny. Thank you Lizzy and Encore team."

It really added to the atmosphere with us pumping the sound around the cricket pitch. "Kitty was a joy to deal with from first contact through to the evening. My event was a black tie dinner on board a river cruiser which took us on a 4 hour cruise up the Thames and return. I met with Kitty on board the vessel some months before to assess the environment and was impressed with her enthusiasm and interest in the event. On the night she sung for 30 minutes whilst guests were arriving and performed 2 sets after the dinner. Her voice is beautiful, very melodic and with the full band backing balanced really well. Kitty's range of vintage style music is quite remarkable. She doesn't just sing, she performs and dresses suitably for the style. My guests were fulsome in her praise. I have no hesitation in recommending Kitty to sing at your own event. She gives it a more personal 'edge' that other bands or discos wouldn't do. She was a delight to deal with and a delight to listen to. What more can I say?"

"I first heard Jim play at our friend's wedding and asked the bride for his number immediately. He was perfect to play for my husband's birthday as I had organised a banquet style dinner and asked Jim if he could do a cross of Baroque and Celtic sounds. He lived up to all my expectations and I would have been very happy not to talk to any of my guests and just listen to him play with a glass of wine in hand. Always professional and thoughtful, he played during dinner and beyond. I now have to throw another party so we can hire him again! Thank you Jim. "

"On 11th December 2023 Ian Geast Singer did two sets during and after lunch providing us with an enjoyable mix of Christmas, folk and sing along songs which we all enjoyed. Our event was held at The Lawn - Ian worked with the venue - setting up prior to guests arriving. I can highly recommend Ian, a great singer, a polite and professional musician."

"Blue Jewel played our wedding in August 2023 and were absolutely amazing! Steve was really great to communicate with leading up the event and on the day they blew our guests away with a super varied set that had literally everyone on the dancefloor. There were a few ceilidh pros in the party who loved getting to know some new dances and there were also total amateurs who found it very accessible and developed a new love for dancing. I can't recommend them highly enough and will definitely be trying to come up with an excuse to have another ceilidh in the future!"

"Joe was awesome, he came on as a surprise for our first dance and was able to play a song we requested (Calvin Harris - By Your Side) and everyone loved it. He kept the dance floor busy throughout his sets and brought the Folie Douce vibes, which is exactly what we were after. The song choices were spot on and it a as even better than we could have imagined. Thanks for making our wedding day so memorable and we would 100% recommend! Matt and Lucy "

"‘Vicki and Jude played at the Sostrene Grene opening event at Parkway and set the mood perfectly, creating a beautiful ambience within the store. Their level of professionalism was second to none and they fulfilled the brief we gave them to a tee. They played superbly and we would not hesitate to reach out again if we needed a string duo at any of our other events.” Nov 2022 "
