"We just wanted to write and ask you to extend a HUGE thank you to the band for their contribution to Archie’s memorial service yesterday. They did a brilliant job. Music was great and the mood was such a celebration of his life. Neither Steve nor I managed to get to see them before they left but they deserve a massive thank you for playing so well but being so professional, courteous and adding to the event with their talent. "

"Just wanted to say a big thank you for a superb performance! Excellent and easy communication. The band were a fantastic group of blokes, knew what they were doing, very organised and pain free! Really made a party into a party. Superb musicians, awesome set lists and the perfect band for any celebratory event. Couldn't recommend them enough, everyone had a superb night, everyone commented on how good the band were and they sure know what they are doing. If your looking for a band to make a perfect night, then look no further. Thanks again and we'd book you again at the drop of a hat for any future events........ Brilliant, thank you. No doubt we'll see you again with the amount of friends that took your card...... Best party, we've ever thrown and mainly down to you guys."

"It was absolutely amazing. They read the crowd and knew exactly what would get them going. Everyone we have spoken to has commented on how good they were. I have got no idea if they played any of the songs we chose as I was having such a good time. I am so glad that we had Andy and Primed make our special day even more special and memorable. "Rating 6/6 : Brilliant Our Wedding at Sopwell House Private Function, St Albans on Sunday 5 May 2024 Uptown Funk were absolutely brilliant and made our wedding so much fun! Everyone was raving about the band and it was so great seeing all guests on the dancefloor the entire time! We made a few requests too (our first dance and Israeli dancing) and they were brilliant for every single song. "House of Chords are the most wonderful band. They made our wedding so much fun and all our guests commented on how brilliant they were. Everyone was dancing including both our nans. Their voices and instrumental playing were excellent and there was a great range of genres catered for. The guys were polite and fun and genuinely lovely. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a great night. Thank you guys, you made our day super special!"
