Review Centre: Bands with DJ's

"Wow! The Groove Ambassadors are just exceptional in every way (including vocals, instrumentals and professionalism). The band played at our wedding recently and they went above and beyond to ensure the dance floor was constantly full, and fun, and that the guests were fully engaged. We had the three piece plan an acoustic set during cocktails/canapes and the eight piece during the evening reception. In both settings they really brought such presence and energy, setting the correct tone in each environment. I can honestly say that choosing The London Soul Band to play at our wedding was one of the best decisions we made and I take it as a great compliment that we already have guests enquiring about the band's details to play at their own events! Extremely grateful for everything the band did, both on the day, in communications leading up to the day and in follow-up conversations afterwards. 10/10 from start to finish - thank you, the best! :D"

"I booked The Spectrum recently for a corporate event I was organising for my company. They were very helpful, supplying radio mics for speeches etc. Nothing was too much trouble and they played two great sets. We will be using them again, highly recommended."

"Mick and the boys really made the evening of our wedding. The music was brilliant and they tailored the calling and dances for a mixed crowd of ceilidh veterans to first timers. Friendly, funny and engaging, everyone had a great time and I wouldn’t hesitate in booking them again for any other function – thanks again for a great evening!!"

"Wow, where do I begin? Ian and the guys have been PHENOMENAL from start to finish. From the minute we booked with Ian, the level of communication and service has been second to none. No request has been too much hassle, no question has gone unanswered and no faces were left without a smile. Our wedding was held this weekend just gone and we have had countless compliments on the band and queries about how to book them. The atmosphere was electric and the guys just give off a totally friendly, approachable vibe. Would I recommend them to others? Without a shadow of a doubt! Now I just need to find another event to book them for ☺️"

"As a professional Wedding DJ, I had the pleasure of working with the Ekoes at Barff House. Their music was great and tailored to the audience and the bride and groom. The guests were dancing to every song, which allowed me to seamlessly introduce the other music genres, that were requested for the rest of the night. Ryan and I worked together on the itinerary to ensure the evening's music flowed without a hitch. Very well done lads, I look forward to working with you on a regular basis 👍 Ady"

"We booked Party Sounds for our wedding reception and they were absolutely fantastic! The boys played a brilliant mix of music which had people of all ages up and dancing which made for a great party. The band learnt a new song for our first dance which meant a lot to us and they put their own great spin on it. Fantastic time had by all and just a really lovely bunch of guys! "From the moment we booked the band they did a great job of keeping in touch re. the arrangements. This helped set my mind at ease as it was our daughter's 18th birthday. They turned up and set the stage in a professional manner and we discussed the format for the evening. James and his band members did 2 great sets with a full range of old and new songs to keep everyone entertained. Once on the dance floor, the band made sure everyone stayed up there for the night. The musicianship and choice of songs was excellent - thank you. And to cap it all, they were a nice set of blokes - just what you want when you are arranging a family party! We'd certainly book them again and happy to recommend Superstars! "

"Wow. what can I say. The Fireflies are a must for any party, wedding or event where live music is required. Communication from start to finish with the band's lead singer Ian was flawless, and Ian was a pleasure to deal with. The band played a 2 hour set which was brilliant and included a range of different songs from several decades. Musically the band is AWESOME and had all our guests up and dancing. I would highly recommend The Fireflies and would book them again for future events. Happy customer!"

"Crimson Sky played at our wedding on August 25th and they were fantastic; great musicians and lovely guys. There was a nice range of music so everyone had something to dance to and nobody wanted the night to end! Choose the Crimson Sky if you want a party where everyone is on their feet from the first dance to the end of the night - we loved it and had an amazing time. The band got lots of compliments too, everyone was impressed - you guys rock! "
