"The band played at our Ruby Wedding Party and all the band were helpful, communicative and a great set of musicians. They took time and trouble to learn and perfect our special request which was no mean feat as it was a song from the mid-seventies and they performed it fabulously! A memorable evening for all."

"I just wanted to say a massive thank you to you, Chirag and the whole band! I was enjoying the sound check as i got ready and it was amazing! I know a lot of the guests really loved it too. I can't thank you enough for making sure everything was perfect for the entrances and couldn't have for anything more. I'll hopefully be able to see you on stage again soon and thank you in person as well. It turned out that Taj E who is a personal friend recognised your guitarist as well and was so excited that i had an amazing band at the wedding. "Just to say everything was perfect! After doing lots of research and searching for a band to play our wedding we struggled for months to find anything that would be anything near perfect and then I found Somerset Soul after watching their video I knew straight away that was the perfect band for the big day! I was absolutely thrilled when they were available as well. It really was the best day and the band just topped an already perfect day! They turned up on time and quickly got set up and ready. They started with a request that they learned in two weeks ( which was covered beautifully) and continued with a superb set. They were friendly and enthusiastic. Every guest at the wedding really enjoyed them. I couldn't rate the day any higher."

Their setlist was diverse and expertly tailored to suit our guests, moving effortlessly from smooth jazz during dinner to high-energy hits for the dance floor. Their lead singer’s charisma and the band’s incredible musical talent brought the perfect blend of elegance and fun to the evening. I’ve already recommended them to several friends—absolutely top-notch entertainment!"

"As a professional Wedding DJ, I had the pleasure of working with the Ekoes at Barff House. Their music was great and tailored to the audience and the bride and groom. The guests were dancing to every song, which allowed me to seamlessly introduce the other music genres, that were requested for the rest of the night. "It's No Reel were absolutely fantastic! Tom made all of the pre-wedding arrangements very easy and he was very accommodating with our timings and choice of first dance. They were absolute pros from the start, the set up was seamless and they really had an amazing sense of the room and how to engage everyone. The music itself was fantastic and really filled the room creating such a wonderful ambience for the rest of the evening. We had guests that had never been to a ceilidh dance before and they loved it and found the instructions really easy to follow. We really enjoyed the little quirky Michael Jackson tribute in one of the dances and some of the interesting variations of the dances we had never done before. The mini disco at the end was also brilliant and completely on point with the music I had suggested. We would highly recommend It's No Reel!"

"Both myself and Liz just wanted to send you a quick email before we jet off on our honeymoon. I have to say I can’t stress how brilliant the guys were at our wedding….the dance floor was busy all night, and everyone who attended the wedding was very complimentary…in fact at the end of the night there was a queue for business cards by our guests. They made it very personal and very special and they were a perfect part of a day we will never forget. The acoustics and vocals during the actual ceremony and the wedding breakfast was second to none, everything they did was exactly how we imagined, the hotel duty manager was also impressed and said they were a fabulous band. So let me thank you once again for your absolute professionalism and a very accomplished band. I will certainly be recommending you in the future. "
