"Just a quick email to thank you for organising the 3 ladies who played at our wedding on Saturday. I was somewhat preoccupied with the marriage ceremony, photos etc that I didn’t get the chance to thank them personally so could you please pass on our thanks to them as they were perfect. My new wife loved them and they sounded lovely in the church with all the guests loving them. Thanks again Simon & Michelle (very happy customers!)"

"Played for Ingrid at an Irish funeral today. She was absolutely spot-on. Arrived early, friendly, confident, easy to talk to, adaptable with the situation. Very professional. Family were very happy. Definitely recommend. And a great voice too!"

"Olly is nothing short of exceptional! Olly's unforgettable performance really elevated and created the most perfect atmosphere for our outdoor wedding reception! All our guests loved Olly's music and style and commented on how much it added to our reception (and has since been booked for our guests weddings). "I have asked Ben to help out on several occasions when organising high level events for a variety of clients. These have ranged from the Champagne Academy, the annual banquet for the Reunion de Gastronomes at Ironmongers' Hall, the annual dinner for the Confrerie du Sabre d'Or, and even cabaret performances at Jermyn Street Theatre. Ben is very versatile, will play all music types, and is a true professional, arriving early, responding to communication and always looking the part."

"Roman has now played at a couple of our events one very informal, the other an end of season Ball. Quality of the playing was excellent as was the choice of tunes which perfectly matched the occasion. Feedback from other attendees was very positive. Would highly recommend. "

"Maple Moon Duo were the perfect surprise soundtrack to my wedding proposal I have never asked anyone to marry me before, so I wanted to create an extra special moment. As I took the knee my future wife was unexpectedly serenaded by the wonderful Maple Moon Duo. She was overwhelmed; there were tears and most importantly she said ‘yes’. I’m so incredibly grateful to the guys for listening to my every request and providing the perfect surprise musical backdrop to the perfect day. We loved their blend of beautiful, soulful romantic styles and we will never forget them. I’m thinking we have also got the perfect musical solution for the big day. I look forward to booking them again!"

"These guys (and lady) did an absolutely amazing job for us. For what was a very personal family event they went to extra lengths to make it an even more memorable personal event. I’ve booked numerous bands previously for events but Alive and Kicking delivered that extra bit of quality. Thanks and apologies for my slow review! "

"I hired alex for a private party at my home and I have to say he contact with me prior to his arrival on the day was amazing, he took onboard the music I wanted played and put together a great playlist. He made my party very memorable. Thank you Alex"
