Review Centre: Rock 'n' Roll Bands

"Alex and the band came to our venue at 6pn and set up ready for the 1st dance at 7pm. From them they played 2 sets and Managed the DJing in between. They were brilliant! From the start to the end the music they played was excellent and they sounded great. We had so many compliments from guests wanting to know who they were. I was in communications with Alex a few weeks prior to the wedding. he was happy to send me his set list but was also happy when I requested he not play some of the songs on the list. I told him I was into a certain band and he went out of his way to add that into the bands set list, which was brilliant. I cannot recommend them more. Thank you for everything, you were all amazing!"

"THANK YOU to Lucy and the boys for making our wedding the most incredible day EVER. They kept my guests entertained for the cocktail hour and the whole evening, played our first dance BEAUTIFULLY and kept the night going. If anyone is considering them for their wedding DO IT you won't be disappointed!"

"Absolutely fantastic! everyone commented on the band and said how great they were, the music was brilliant and everyone was dancing from the first song! They were really flexible and allowed me to connect my iPad for the in between music, and even let my friend sing a song for my parents. Brilliant night and I will definitely keep the East Coast Rockers in mind for any other events we have. Thank you Tony and co, you were great! "

"We were looking for a band with a repertoire of jump jive and swing music for our wedding reception and found One Jump Ahead. The band did such a great job, they had such great energy, and our guests loved dancing to their music. There was good variety of songs so that our non-swing dancing guests could show of their moves too! We loved the first dance and really appreciate the band learning the song for us, we hope they will continue to play it in their future gigs. We had very good communication with Kit in the run up to the wedding and the band were able to set up by themselves which made things run smoothly for us, and were very flexible and relaxed on the night. We'll be recommending you to our family and friends for future events!"

Thanks Sherri! It was a really great reception, made all the better by the lovely sunny weather we had. It was excellent that many of your guests were swing dancers - we always like to play for them! (It's still a pleasure playing for other dancers, too, of course - or even those who prefer just to listen!) We enjoyed learning your request and will be very likely include it in our sets at future wedding receptions. "Saw Jukebox at the horns in Watford. They are incredibly good, really get the crowd going and know exactly what songs to play to keep the crowd engaged!!"

"What can I say? The band were incredible! Really easy to deal with before the day, and really made our evening celebrations special on the day itself. They read the crowd perfectly, and so many people were commenting on how much fun they were having. I'd book them again in a heartbeat!"

"Brilliant What a Night The Iconic Wheatsheaf, Dunstable on Friday 19 July 2019 Was at the Wheatsheaf in Dunstable.. great music venue..but what a great band they had on that night called Jukebox. This was Rock n Roll as it should be played.. Can't wait to see them again..one of the best Bands around !"

"Ian and Tania are a lovely couple, they put themselves out to make our evening go off well. They arrived at our venue in plenty of time to enable them to set up and be ready to make a punctual start. They certainly earned their money as they played virtually non-stop throughout the evening, just stopping for a short time while the buffet was open. Their songs/music was ideal for our party they are very talented as on one occasion, they played a song for us which they were not familiar with but no one would ever have guessed. A few of our guests asked us how we had come across them, because they were so good, and i know that a few people asked Ian and Tania for their business cards. I would definately recommend them to friends. Thank you very much Ian and Tania for a lovely evening."

"This band are amazing! It was such a pleasure to have them play at our wedding a few weeks ago - the dance floor was full from start to finish and lots of guests remarked on how good the music was. House of Chords played a perfect rendition of Paradise by George Ezra for our first dance which we had (attempted) to learn a choreographed dance routine. Their skill and talent meant the dance went smoothly as rehearsed and is one of our favourite memories of the wedding. Thanks House of Chords! Sam and Ronnie"
