"Hello! I realised we never said THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! You lot absolutely 100% nailed it! We are both so so happy with the glorious soundtrack you provided for our party. The music was amazing, and the energy you all brought was incredible. We knew it was going to be good, but had no idea it would be that good! You got the party started in ways we could never have imagined! Everyone had the best time dancing to your sound, we could not have wished for more. There aren’t words for how grateful we are, just thank you thank you thank you!!! "

"So grateful for playing our wedding. Really made the day extra special, quality and technical skill was amazing, completely captured the vibe. Incredibly professional, supportive and friendly. They provided all the equipment and set up around the limited times we had (there for around 16 hours in total). Managed their system for our own play list around the live sets for no extra charge and offered to put a playlist together for us to take away some of the stress for the day if we needed. Played an acoustic set for an hour and 2 hour electric. Music was amazing anyway but also played a few requests of songs that meant a lot to us. Reasonable and affordable price, great value especially for the high quality performance and help. Would highly recommend. Really made the day and night for us. Thank you so much guys!!! Five stars!!!!"

"It was our pleasure to have Ben and the band play for us at our Captains Dinner Dance at Basingstoke Golf Club last Saturday Night. We had a quartet playing (Double Bass, Saxophone, Drums and Guitar and lead vocals) and they were excellent, the mood was perfect and the dance floor full all night. We had discussed the playlist beforehand, we were given some sound pointers but the band also added some of our favourite numbers to their sets, and they nailed them! Also and importantly the band were professional, dependable and great communicators in the run up to our event - fully recommend them. "

On another notes, had I mentioned that “Let’s Dance” is a rather significant song for both Jacqueline and me, or was that pure coincidence that you guys decided to open with that? "Wow is the word. We had a vintage British seaside themed 30th wedding anniversary party for over 100 guest by Brighton Beach at the iconic BA 1360. Kit Packham and his brilliant band One Jump Ahead were outstanding from start to finish. We'd hired a group of swing dancers who got everybody dancing, regardless of ability! The band played everything we wanted from Glenn Miller to Aint Nobody Here But us Chickens. People just did not stop dancing! the finale New New York number resulted in 100 guests joining hands and all doing the high kicks. To say One Jump Ahead made our party go with a swing would be an understatement. I would also like to thank Kit and the band for their professionalism, time keeping and energy. Kit was so easy to deal with and the arrangements went so smoothly. I could not recommend them more highly. Book One Jump Ahead if you want your wedding / party to go with a swing!"

"For our reception we sought a fun and lively band to kick off the evening. We feel very lucky to have stumbled across House of Chords online. They were great value for money and delivered a 2 hour set of upbeat songs to keep people up and dancing. They were so great they even managed to command an encore! They showed great flexibility to accommodate a delay and they even learnt and performed Dancing In The Moonlight beautifully for our first dance! The band played a key part in our special day and we would very highly recommend."
