"Just to say a huge thank you to yourself and the rest of your band members who attended our wedding celebratory party on sat 2nd September at our home in the Brecon Beacons. A lot of our guests (some of whom are professional/semi-professional players themselves in other ceilidh bands in England and Scotland!) commented on the high standard of your musical performance as well as your ability to inspire them to put their feet on the dance floor without too many mishaps. "Overdrive travelled to France to play at our wedding and we can’t recommend them enough! We loved them and so did our guests (we got lots of rave reviews). They really brought the fun and Nora’s vocals were insane. Lots of people were dancing which was exactly what we wanted. From booking to the wedding itself they were really friendly and responsive. On the day there was a hiccup with the sound equipment (not their fault) but they were super professional and didn’t let it affect the night or their performance at all. Thank you so much!"

"Hi Kelly-Ann & Graham , On behalf of Swansea 41 Club, I would like to thank you both for your performance last night. I have had numerous calls already from members and guests , remarking on how good and more importantly, how flexible you were in relation to the trying conditions of the weather. I am sure that either myself or future organisers will be in touch with more bookings. I did note that towards the end of the evening, we could have done with a larger dance floor. "We hired the Edinburgh Ceilidh Trio for our wedding and they were fantastic, we had 3 hours of playing and I don't think the dance floor was empty once. They were great at explaining the dances to the guests, allowing them to quickly learn the dances and have a go. Many of the guests - most of which had never done a ceilidh before - all reported how much fun they had. "

"Dear Lilac, Thank you I have recovered, just two more parties to go, I have allowed for a couple of days between each I’m so pleased the band enjoyed the day as well. But what’s more, you are lovely people who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From visiting the venue before the wedding, sorting the PA system for speeches, background music for the meal. You are both so talented and sounded amazing in the sunshine. "My company hired Spotlight Party Plus for our work Christmas Party - they were great! We have a wide range of ages and music tastes in our group which we thought would be hard to cater for, but the flexibility of having a DJ meant they were able to perform a really wide variety of music. The live instruments added so much energy to the evening, thank you again! "
