"Just wanted to pass on my thanks to you and Chateaux Swing for their performance yesterday. It was just exactly the best of what I was hoping for when I booked you, they were absolutely brilliant, perfect for the event, and my dad (who’s not been well) loved it. I couldn’t work out how you were going to do a bossa nova with the instruments you had, but I hadn’t factored in the multi talents of your bassist! And I shall never again listen to J’attendrai without thinking of English cats…. I can’t give you anything but love was a particular highlight for me (though actually also come to think of it, Putting on the Ritz and Honeysuckle Rose), but people loved Football’s coming home too; and Sweet Sue went down really well with my mum. It just couldn’t have been better in any way, we were so delighted and they really made the whole day, thank you so much,"

"We’ve had Sonia and the boys play for us a few times now and each time is better than the last. They have a terrific range of songs, all expertly handled by Sonia and her musicians. They have the audience up and joining in. They bring a wonderful ambiance to the place and are a welcome addition to any billing. If you are considering a live act, look no further."

"Black Velvet Band Ceilidh Trio – Viv’s 50th Birthday Ceilidh – January 2025 We had an amazing evening. Dan, Ned and Heather were brilliant. Firstly Dan was incredibly helpful and reassuring when I spoke to him a few weeks in advance. He was very relaxed but also incredibly reassuring that it would be fun and go well! He was very warm and I felt ‘everything would be alright’! They came very promptly and set up very unobtrusively. The music was perfect and Ned was a fantastic caller. He drew people in so well and had a very relaxed manner, he made it very enjoyable. Dan on the guitar and Heather on the fiddle were excellent! We had a fantastic evening of dancing with them. So many of our guests commented on how they made it such fun. They made it a great success. I highly recommend them."

"We were absolutely thrilled to have J G perform at our celebration – he was fantastic from start to finish. As a singer and guitarist, he brought such a vibrant energy to the event, and his talent really shone through. J G didn’t just perform – he got everyone involved. From singalongs to spontaneous dancing, he created such a fun and inclusive atmosphere that guests are still talking about it! One friend even described the party as the “Glastonbury of Eastbourne” – and Jo was a huge part of that magic. Professional, engaging, and incredibly talented – we couldn’t recommend him more highly. Thank you, J G, for helping make the day so special!"

"I would like to start by saying thank you Lucinda for a truly unforgettable performance at my 80th birthday celebration. From the moment she started singing her presentation was more than spectacular. Her voice was phenomenal and her song choices were spot on. She brought the entire celebration to life and all the guests told us she was the highlight of the party. If you’re looking for an incredible singer, I highly recommend Lucinda! "

"James was an absolutely amazing addition to our wedding reception. He created an amazing atmosphere and added such a vibe to the whole afternoon, all of our guests were loving it. We would recommend James in a heartbeat, he was so friendly, talented and charismatic on the day! He even played for us as we walked into our wedding breakfast which was so much fun! "We booked Lara to get the party started at my friend’s hen do, and she did it perfectly! I’m so glad we booked her for our event and everyone had a great time dancing (and singing) to her setlist. We wanted her arrival to be a surprise for the guests and she was super stealthy with her set up on the day and we also loved the fact that she dressed up to match our theme. Communication before the event was great and she made the organising process a breeze. I would recommend Lara in a heartbeat to anyone. Thank you for everything Lara, you made the day that extra special and were absolutely fab! "
