"The band were fabulous. Really happy that we booked them. They were able to play our requested first dance My Girl and followed with So Happy Together which the children wanted. They played varied music and everyone had a great night, thank you "

"Billy was amazing throughout a traumatic and sad time after the passing of my stepfather, he was so sympathetic and caring. The whole process of booking a date and time was was easy, as was choosing the right tunes to play, always passing on his knowledge and experience if you are not sure what to play. On the day Billy was amazing, arrived very early to introduce himself, then get changed and to warm up. From the start to the finish Billy sounded incredible and I would happily recommend him to anyone and any occasion, a must have bagpiper. Thank you Billy from all the family"

"Ed & Olivya were perfect for our party. They sounded great, had a huge repertoire and were very intuitive about working with the mood as the party went through different stages. Not only that but they’re lovely people to have around the place – we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them."

"I recently had the privilege of Danny playing piano at my wedding reception. He was an pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process. His range of material is excellent, with a voice that could charm the birds from the trees. I expected simple backing music whist my guests enjoyed a drinks reception but got so much more than I ever could've expected, he even took the time to learn new material to make our day even more special. I'd highly recommend Danny for any event, he's not only a gifted musician but an absolute gentleman."

"Had our annual undergraduate ball at The Balmoral last week. Was a great night and that was in large part down to The Northern Reel Collective's awesome performance. The ceilidh was undoubtedly the highlight of the night. Would highly recommend them to anyone else running an event. Quite simply, a fantastic ceilidh band!"

"We hired Sam to play the accordion at my uncles 90th birthday. Sam arrived early and we discussed the plan for the session. Sam has a warming personality and was very flexible in supporting the order of songs to be played. We had a great sing-along and Sam was very entertaining. I would highly recommend Sam"

These are the words that I would echo regarding the ceremony, which you were part of. When we set about choosing our nighttime entertainment for our ceremony we wanted a band that would appeal to all, would have a sense of fun and get people up and dancing. We watched you on YouTube and read your reviews, which impressed us. We were always confident that we had chosen well. "James is very professional, very easy to deal with and a really nice guy. We booked James for a joint 50th birthday celebration and requested an 80's night incorporating Depeche Mode for the birthday girls. James was amazing and everything we wished for, he had everyone up dancing and singing. A night everyone will remember! 10/10"
