" Black Velvet Band Ceilidh Trio performed at our Wedding reception. The music was fantastic and Alan the caller talked our guests through the dances with patience and wit. Our guests included some serious Scottish dancing enthusiasts together with a lot of enthusiastic amateurs, complete beginners and no hopers - all of whom had an absolute blast! We would highly recommend the band and a couple of our guests made enquiries about booking them for upcoming events, which speaks for itself. Thank you for providing us with fantastic memories filled with joy and laughter. "

"Jamie was amazing! He played great party songs that got everybody up dancing. He was accommodating if anyone had a request and was just such a great act. We would definitely have him again. A great asset to any party!"

Every song was spot on, and you could tell they genuinely love what they do. "Many thanks to the guys and girl in Latina Festivale. This was something we have never done before and would really like to do again. We had them play outside in our garden and the vibe was excellent. Many customers said we should do this as a regular thing and the mood was excellent. The singer had a beautiful voice and the guys backed him up with super energy. We would love to have the guys back in the future. Many thanks, Mat Sander (Manager)."

"I was out with my partner having a quiet drink when this duo started playing, we were set to move on but thought we would give them a try and we're so glad we did. They made the evening, great variations of songs made a superb atmosphere. Everybody present seemed to enjoy the evening, a very talented duo. "

"Lucy performed everything from our ceremony music to the evening and it was absolutely incredible and loved by all! Any request was never too much to do and her personal music we loved! Everyone at the wedding said we nailed our music choice! If I could do it all again, Lucy and her band would be booked again and again.. "
