"We hired The Velvet Tones for our Wedding. They were great from start to finish! We had solo piano at the start of our ceremony, then the singer sang “At Last” as I walked down the aisle and it was stunning!! The Quartet played jazz during our drinks reception which created a great atmosphere without being over-powering. Finally, they gave us a run for our money with an amazing set of Motown to kick off the dancing. We had our own DJ to take over but everyone was already in such a good mood from the band. I really recommend this band as they are so versatile and easy to work with."

"Josh Tye is a fantastic singer and musician who we got from the internet, he attended our joint 50th birthday party playing live with his guitar and tailored our songs to suit, of which we selected a variety of 60's 80's to modern. Communication was easy and he will play to suit times and breaks etc, we highly recommend him and will definitely use Josh for any future events. "

"Having a band at our wedding was a given. I spent months agonizing over which one to choose, but when I saw Eccentric Pony's You Tube clips, I knew I had found something very special. I booked them about a year in advance without consulting anyone, because I was afraid my guests and I would miss out if I didn't act soon. We had a wedding that celebrated everything we loved: Star Wars, music and our love of 80s films. It was no surprise that our first dance was going to be to The Glory of Love from The Karate Kid 2, and because we had a band, we really wanted it to be performed live. It was not on Eccentric Pony's playlist, however. Jimmy promised us the band would learn it especially, and would perform it exactly as it is on the Peter Cetera track. And that is exactly what happened. My husband and I were thrilled. Eccentric Pony played everything we had identified on their playlist to such an incredible standard that by the end, even the most firmly rooted wall flowers were filling up the dance floor. They built up the energy through the night and the atmosphere was electric. Thank you so much, Eccentric Pony, you made our already exceptional wedding legendary."

"Abi and the girls were all fantastic, the music was beautiful and very professional, every body enjoyed this quartet, and they looked great, can't thank you all enough. Our walk down the aisle was very moving to the back drop of Pachelbel canon in D not a dry eye from the bridal party. We really can recommend the CG Strings to anybody they also played through the wedding breakfast which everyone commented that it was lovely and the girls kept the volume just right and not overly loud but enough to provide a beautiful background for the meal. Thank you all again and wishing the CG all the best for the future, Our fondest regards, Brian & Deborah."

"Hi Will, Now that we are back from Honeymoon, we really wanted to send you an email, just to say a big thank you to you and the band for being such an enjoyable and big part of our wedding day. We loved the music, it was exactly what we were looking for and have had great feedback from other guests. During the party there was a nice mix of songs to suit all ages that you get at a wedding. The quality of the music was excellent throughout (well except for those drunk idiots destroying Delilah at the end) and most of all it helped to create the good fun atmosphere that we were looking for. A special mention also for the first dance......we have not seen the video of it yet, but I remember thinking in the moment how wonderful it sounded and how good it was to have a quality live band playing for the first dance! A special mention to you for the wonderful Piano on this and of course to the female singer (sorry we did not get her name) who was delightful. We also wanted to mention your solo spot during dinner. Again, a great selection of songs that helped to support the ambience of the occasion and what else can I say, but just top quality. Thanks also for letting us use your mics for the speeches....sorry they overran so much. So in summary, it is just a massive thank you to you and your band, we are delighted that we had you all performing at the wedding......its amazing what you can find on a night out in Bristol!! :) "

""Anthony sang at my Dad's 80th birthday party and was fab! It was a very busy party with lots of people & noise but Anthony sang his heart out and had the crowd up dancing - all had a brilliant time and lots of people commented on how good he was. "London Two Cellos were absolutely fantastic- book them now! They played our wedding ceremony at Hackney Town Hall, and really for us and our guests, their beautiful music was the best part. The cellos sounded amazing in the venue and added an elegance to the start of our wedding day. They were also so easy to work with. Lucy replied to all my questions, and even our vendor’s questions, lightning fast. They were accommodating and said yes right away to our full song list, which was a mix of classic and modern songs. In what can be a stressful time, they just made things nice and easy. For what it’s worth, they also dressed the part. Even though we never specified a dress code, they looked fabulous, and blended right in with our formally dressed wedding guests. While we only met them briefly, they gave us the gift of the most beautiful and memorable music for our wedding ceremony. We can’t thank or recommend them highly enough. - Sarah & Ryan"
