"Both myself and my wife Leighanne can’t thank George at Arkleston Piping enough. Nearly 3 hours away from Glasgow, in the middle of nowhere and with no phone/internet connection but George arrived bang on time looking like a shiny penny. He took the time to speak with us and make our big day even more special by being flexible and personalising our piping needs. George played flawlessly and every guest was extremely impressed. "We loved having James play the bagpipes at our wedding - it was the perfect Scottish touch we were looking for. James was great to work with, so professional and flexible when asked to play at different parts of the day- he was more than happy to wait around without any issues at all. He was also great with getting in touch before the wedding and always answered very quickly if I had any questions. So many guests commented on how great he was - if you are looking for bagpipes for a special event from someone who will be more than happy to interact with guests and really add value to the day, then we definitely recommend choosing James."

"Richard Just wanted to say a big thanks again for your fantastic contribution to the day...walking Hannah into the ceremony room to Highland Cathedral was very emotional and captured the moment. Scotland the Brave involved everyone as you piped them back as the married couple. Also playing outside was a bonus. I thoroughly enjoyed my attempt to blow a note and I thank you for that... pictures have been circulated and this has only enhanced my reputation. "

"I booked Rich for a Burn's Supper for a Reunion holiday in Aberfeldy. From first contact to his exit his professionalism and attention to detail was exemplary. He made it a very special occasion for all, and even had some AC/DC [as requested] for the Scousers - they loved him. Rich is a terrific chap, engaging and impeccably dressed. The perfect piper - I cannot recommend him more highly."
