"We had the most fantastic music played at our Wedding 13th September 2014. Andrew served us proud and engaged beautifully with our guests. The day was made so perfect with having such exquisite violinist being played at our so very special day. We most certainly recommend that having such music made our day perfect. "Warwickshire Strings were a perfect fit for our wedding day at The Midland Hotel. We have had so many compliments on the music and loved the fact that they played modern music before and after the ceremony! it was a bit more quirky than the traditional songs which we saved for walking down the aisle. All of our guests were really impressed and have been saying how wonderful they were. Really easy, flexible and helpful with great advice for songs choices. I would highly recommend Warwickshire strings, in my opinion the best sounding string quartet in Manchester after lots of wedding research! "

"We got married at the bandstand on Brighton beach, it was a relatively small affair of 32 guests and the guitar duo of Jason & Piers provided the perfect backdrop for the celebration. The style and level of music was ideal to keep guests listening without being intrusive. Being as we were on the bandstand, without wanting to wait for dinner and the rest, my bride and I wanted to grabbed the opportunity to have our first dance in the beautiful setting, and I must say, it was really, really beautiful (- for us at least, and we're looking forward to seeing the photos reflecting it!). Jason was super easy to deal with on the lead-up, which was a breath of fresh air in comparison to some very stressful interactions with other organisers (flowers, reception venue etc). These guys really helped toward making our day absolutely perfect and we couldn't have been happier to have hired them!"

"I just wanted to thank you for playing at our Wedding last Wednesday in Rye. You were very kind to a nervous groom and cheerful too! You played beautifully and really helped make the occasion wonderful. It was definitely your playing, when I walked up the stairs to meet the Registrar before the ceremony that set me off emotionally! And it was great just listening to your playing when there was a delay at the start, waiting for Louise to come in. That's something that a CD player is never going to be able to deal with! The Best Man told me that you had managed to get the harp down the stairs, whilst the pictures were being taken so hope that was not a problem... I had allocated some helpers. Hope you get a chance for another holiday soon... don't let it be 3 years again. "

"I found and contacted Jo with not much time until my wedding. She replied very quickly and communication was fab! She was very patient with me and let me take my time to choose which songs I’d like. We have had so many comments from our guests of how beautifully Jo played and how it really set our ceremony. I’m so glad we were able to book Jo and have her play on our day. I absolutely loved hearing Jo play. I love the sound of the songs played by the violin. It gave such a romantic and loving feel. Really calming too. Thank you so much Jo, you were fab and worth every penny. I would definitely recommend you to anyone!"

"It was truly a pleasure to have Banish Misfortunes playing at my 60th Birthday Party. The melodic sounds of fiddle and guitar wafting across the sun-filled garden suited the occasion perfectly, and provided the perfect enhancement to the event. I would recommend Banish Misfortunes to anyone. "

"Rachel provided me with amazing music for my civil and reception. She provided the perfect atmosphere for myself and my guests. When she played the music for my wife's entrance it brought about an emotional feel I enjoyed it a lot. I also really appreciate that she came in traditional attire which added to the event. I highly recommend her, she's brilliant! "
