"I just wanted to thank you again for your delightful playing at Harriet & Jack’s wedding last Saturday at Fletching Church. In particular, you accepted our request to play ‘Farewell to Stromness’, not on your normal repertoire, recorded your mother for the piano backing track, and moreover within an hour or so of the service, adapted the piece, again at our request. You played this beautifully for the entrance of the bride; it was very moving. Thank you again from us all."

Her talent was the highlight of the evening, we requested she play out the front in order for more people to join in and listen she was accommodating professional and friendly, everyone thoroughly enjoyed her performance and friendly personality, would highly recommend. "Miriam was absolutely excellent at our wedding, played beautifully and really contributed to the atmosphere. In the weeks and months leading up to the day Miriam communicated regularly back and forth with regards to the set list (which all in all, from me was 4 playlists which Miriam then had to go through and pull everything together, which she did perfectly ?would wholeheartedly recommend Miriam to make your special day that extra bit special ☺️"

"We booked Surrey Strings through Last Minute Musicians to play at a 90th birthday lunch celebration. The musicians were absolutely excellent and many people commented on how well they played. We would have no hesitation in booking them again or recommending both Last Minute Musicians and Surrey Strings."
