"I asked Back2Skool Duo to come & play at my 50th Birthday party. They were amazing, I wasn't really sure what to expect, but this band delivered. Plenty of old Skool classics got people on the dance floor. Lots of communication prior to the party to ask my requirements, but to be honest I was happy to let the band do their thing, and they really did their thing! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a band that really knows how to work the room and get people moving. Thanks for adding that extra special touch to my party."

"Just want to say a huge thank you for last Saturday night, you guys were brilliant and played a massive part in a fantastic day. Practically everyone we have spoke to about the wedding has paid tribute to the music, and many have commented about how you were nice, down-to-earth guys, and we have several great pictures. We have already had a couple of people ask for your guys details about future functions, and we will look to promote you wherever possible. My only regret is I didn’t get chance to get you a drink before the end of the evening! I hope you all enjoyed the night as much as us and our guests, and hopefully will catch you somewhere again in the future. "Steve, Geoff and Absolute Band were brilliant to deal with from start to finish. Really friendly people, superb musicians and ensured our dancefloor was busy all night. "Went to see GGR as I have heard so much about them after Darwen Live. They were magic and built up to a great finish. The land lady of the pub couldn’t wait to mention that they will be back for Darwen live again next year and performing again before then as back by popular demand. Shannon’s vocals are superb and strong. It is clear that the band gets on well and enjoy what they are doing. Will be back wearing my GGR badge. "
